Hotel was exceptionally clean. King mattress very comfortable. Continental breakfast with stay.
Pillows on king bed were small and lumpy. Seemed to actually be " balled up" in pillow case. Continental breakfast had one lone poorly working toaster with a line of guests waiting to use. Impossible to use the iron in the room. It was permanently attached to the iron holder with a very short cord, which, inexplicably the holder was not attached to the wall. I needed to iron something and my spouse had to come grab the dangling metal holder to keep it from dragging over the just ironed part. Very dangerous, came close to getting burned. Bathroom very clean, however, shower curtain had strong mildew odor.
When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. When the room was ready we went upstairs to find that the beds were not made up and the room was still incomplete. The manager said she would give me a 50 % discount on my bill and did not ever do it. Will never go back to stay at this hotel again
The location was fine
Nasty, unclean, stopped up sinks, sticky damp spot on floor and the room stunk like vomit! No compensation by night manager and the day manager allowed us to cancel our second night without charge but then lied and said we would be comped, our 1st night and didn't! I have photos of this nasty room and have posted them on social media! Thanks but no thanks! Will never stay with Wyndham again! You lost a loyal customer!
King suite some of the furniture was stained and tore and the room needed to be dusted

Received the bill in the A.M. before checking out and it was almost double of the amount quoted from booking.com, however, they did correct the problem as soon as we pointed out the error.
I liked the day manager because even though our complaints were mostly addressed they were not fully repaired nor were we offered any change in room or compensation until I dealt with the day manager and she was great!
Our room smelled foul, sticky stain on carpet the size of a small plate in front of door, sink stopped up, drywall falling apart around the base of the air conditioner, the food & coffee was not "appetizing"!
The location was right off of I-95 and my route home from a vacation in South Florida.
The carpet in the hallways and entry way were dirty. The door to my room was not hanging properly and would stick. I did not ask for a handicapped room but was put into one. The sausage and eggs were terrible. I stayed at two other Windgate hotels, one in North Carolina and one in St. Augustine Beach in Florida. Both were much better than this one.

The first room we were given was not clean we moved to a different room only to have that rooms sheets have stains
My hotel room wasn't cleaned the first night that I arrived!! My girlfriend told the room attendant!!

The first room the lock didn't work. The second room: the curtains were torn; the bed lamps were not working--the plug was out; when I went to plug in the lamp light I found old trash behind the bed stand; pollen, mold or dust from the old trash caused my wife to get a sore throat immediately. We checked out within 30 minutes of the time we checked in.
The staff worked hard to find us a room when reservation was not recorded therefore we didn't have a room. They finally found us one not the one we had reserved
Poor communication between booking and hotel. Reservation was not recorded therefore room that was booked was unavailable and had to take a room with uncomfortable separate smaller beds

Chose this hotel for the hot tub and it was not in service. Husband is disabled and it made for a hard trip for him. Internet was horrible. Lost my reservation and they had to re-enter it at the rate quoted

Very nice room for the price ,great lighting in bathroom, nice hot breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. Understand this hotel will be changing soon to a holiday inn. Would definitely stay again or in another wingate
