    Wifi

    I was super filthy. Carpets were dirty. Got a sore throat just from breathing. My sister and I didnt stop sneezing. Also breakfast space was super small that there was not place to sit down. For the amount of money. Its not worth it.

    The pool was clean and surprisingly warm

    No mico/ refrig in the rooms, barely anything included in their 'hot' breakfast claim, they provided boiled eggs but there was no salt, security was compromised when the lock on the fist floor was removed so that no keys were needed for entry. No salt or manager available all weekend. No towels in our room upon check in and I had to go get the towels due to the hotel being understaffed.

    Everything was easy, from check in to check out. The staff was knowledgable and courteous. The bed was comfy and it was right by the mall!

    The location is about 15-20 minutes from downtown. I wish it was closer, getting on the highway everytime you want to go into town was kind of a hassle.

    The staff were great. Polite and easy to assist me with any questions. The room was cozy and the bathroom was like new. It was easy to get to Riverstreet and not more than 30 minutes from Tybee Island. I would and have recommended this hotel to friends and family. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful too.

    There was nothing I didn't like.

    For the most part the hotel was clean and presentable, so I was very pleased with that!

    My biggest complaint is when I was booking this hotel the pictures showed a nice room with a small refrigerator and microwave. When planning a family vacation these things are very important because eating out can become very expensive! So when we get to our room after checking in there is no microwave or refrigerator! I was told it was extra and they would have to check to see if there were any available rooms with that option. So of course I was disappointed. But I wanted to make the best of it so I thought breakfast would be a makeup for our room, since it was free! But it was not the breakfast I expected (it is not a true hot breakfast ) they do have a waffle maker and hot water for instant grits or oatmeal but no scrambled eggs, breakfast meat or anything like that! So that was also a little disappointing because I thought their "hot" breakfast would be more like Hoilday Inn Express! But lesson learned!

    very very small breakfast area. We even have to stay in queue to get free table. Also there were only one high chair for babies so we have to get into another queue.

    I didn't like the fact that double rooms are double beds, rather than queen sized beds, but we did sleep well and the beds were comfortable. I also prefer enclosed vanity areas rather than open......we stayed here because nothing else was available for our dates...all of staff was very nice!!

    Location is pretty good for where we need to be when we visit Savannah. Good to have a pool, with decent rates.

    Although I have a license to carry a firearm and a legal right to do so, I was asked to leave the breakfast area and go to my room and remove my firearm due to someone complaining. Instead, management should have explained to whomever complained that I am licensed to carry and have a legal right to do so. I will never take my family to a place where I'm not allowed to protect them. The excuse that "nothing has ever happened here before" is a invalid and ignorant statement that can only be used until it's to late...

    The staff was excellent! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, making sure we were not placed on the 1st floor (pet floor).

    The overall feel of the place was kind of run down. The hotel is in need of remodeling or at least a carpet replacement

    Location was not far from where you wanted to be. Easy to find. Beds comfortable. Pool was nice.

    Bugs in the bathroom. Hair still in shower from previous guests. 3 towels for a family of four was ridiculous.

    The location was convenient only minutes from restaurants and shopping districts. The staff was very friendly.

    I had to lug my belongings back to the front desk three times at check-in because the card did not work. My room was changed and there was a roach in the bathtub when I checked into my room. The non-smoking rooms are across from the smoking rooms. My clothes smelled like smoke and I am a non-smoker! The amount of your full stay is required at check-in. As a regular traveler, I have never heard of that policy.

    Wifi and the staff.

    Online picture was different than how the room really is. I would have never paid $115 per night if I could've seen it in person. The shower water barely came out.

    The hotel staff was excellent!!! They were extremely nice, the room was cleaned everyday in a timely manner. Check in was easy. As soon as we arrived to our room, we were called by the staff to make sure everything was good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who loves great customer service and comfort. I really enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to staying here for my next trip to Savannah or anywhere else that has a La Quinta property.

    I liked that the hotel was not far from the places we wanted to go and see. Also the rooms was in good clean condition.

    I didn't like the air conditioning, it got hot during the night and we could not change the temperature. I didn't like the food service, children were allowed to put their hands all over the food. I didn't want to eat it after I saw that.

    The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good even though they ran out of food very quickly.

    Not enough towels in the room. Housekeeper left cleaning detergent in our room everyday and bathroom was very uncomfortable. The hallway smell like old and muggy. Fitness centre needs better equipment.

    The location, the cost, the staff was outstanding. The room was comfortable & the tvs were new.

    The inn could use updating. Carpets looked dirty, but may just have been old.
