Their web site is dishonest because it does not truly describe the area in which this facility is located. I arrived at their hotel around 8:50 PM. There were three kids outside their office smoking something that made them very loud and forced us to wait with my family in the car until they walked away. The lady that still was in the office did not come to the window and instead pointed us out to the side of the window that displayed their security number. I called the number several times before the security officer answer. He was attending another person in the parking lot and asked me to come over where he was. One of my daughters look down the street and saw a few homeless people. At that point we felt we were in the wrong side of the town and decided to leave. The next day I called one of your representatives and agreed that they will only charge me for only one night instead of the three I reserved. However, your client did not follow through and charged me for all three days anyway.
It was walking distance from where I was located downtown and at a great discount through booking. com
Its really close to the mission and a lot of homeless people hangout.
the door key card is hard to use. we tried several times but all unlocked by securities' metal key.
Is close to the city underground, fair price.
Facilities are in bad conditions and is located in a bad neighborhood.
Great price and security
Location next to homeless shelter. Guests above us were up jumping/yelling/slamming doors all hours of the night. Ended up packing up and leaving at 4am due to the excessive noise.
the place is not safe as many homeless people are around it and you can get easily robbed !!
The comforter set was not so clean
In the hood. Skid row one block away. People yelling outside all night. To top it off they put me on the wrong check out list with the cleaning crew and all my toiletries were thrown away when I returned on the first day. When I complained, I did not receive good customer service...just a bunch of grief. They gave me 10 bucks.
The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was cozy.
The door knob on the bathroom door was broken and the elevator took a long time to open.
I had a place to rest..staff was nice.
It was unclean, trash under sink, razor left in shower which tells me shower was not cleaned.gross
*Relatively safe on the hotel property (security in front of entrance checking every person and every car entering the property) *Free Wi-Fi and free parking
*Dirty and obscure place, no use of kitchen (dirty and unequipped), I was afraid to touch anything in the room. *Staff was rude and unhelpful. *Also, not a safe/pleasant neighborhood - we couldn't take advantage of downtown location as we expected (we didn't feel safe outside the hotel, especially in the evening). We stayed there only one night - we're a young couple and was looking for a clear cheap place to stop by but even for us it was much below any standards. I definitely won't recommend it for any longer stay, nor for family with children. I won't stay in that place any more.
Somewhat friendly on-site security staff monitoring grounds 24 hours a day.
Room visibly dirty in some places upon walking in.
The obvious "tent city" set up right outside the entrance to the hotel had several homeless and intoxicated people out on the street. Being greeted by security just to drive on the property all adds up to bad news.
Location was rough but was able to get around on public transportation the other guests were loud
Good price and close to the middle of downtown.
The area looks very sketchy, specially by night. Nonetheless, it made me feel safer the fact that the receptionist carried a gun.
Very dangerous neighborhoods. Gunfire at midnight. Homeless people around and feel threatened.
I love the price
Very rude staff- I had to leave at 6 am and I went to the front office and spoke to the man in the office he looked at me , turned off the light and told me the office wasn't open until 8 am and refused to speak with me
when we checkin they gave us room 404, but the key wasnt working, so they move us to 403. At 3 am, both nights that we were staying, the security knock to our door and told us that we had to leave because we were not on his list. (we were under 404), he called the police, and the police put the guy in his place. Never ever again going to this place. They refund me one night for this, but wasnt worth it.
Location is convinent It has a security check point every time when people walk into the hotel
homeless shelter is near the hotel
The security was excellent. I felt safe.
We had to constantly ask for toilet tissue, didn't get tissue until next day after we had to go and get ourselves. The bath rags were stained not snow white.
Helpful staff Low price Big bed
Toilet was broken. Poor kitchen, even though we didn't wanted to prepare food it would be impossible without any ditches.
We dont have enough space to answer this question totally should be shut down!
