Friendly counter staff.
Showing identification every time my daughter dropped me and my wife off at the motel. Poor location next to homeless hangout and thin walls allowing for very little privacy.
I thought the location was for didn't feel comfortable and Celestine security. Security was awesome, Room was fair, Bed was very comfortable bathroom needs to be totally redone the toilet look like it was about to fall off Looks like they have bathroom problems that they failed to fix before guests are entering Really should take more pride in this hotel treat it like it's your home bathroom shouldn't definitely not look that way.thanks :-) Would I ever stay at this hotel again maybe because security made me feel comfortable.
Raggedy toilet that was about to fall from the wall
Its in the center, Supermarkt and Metro (MARTA) close to it
The staff was friendly. there was armed security and they were diligent about checking ID.
I only paid $50 on a Saturday night so I wasn't expecting much but roaches, come on now. Pest control isn't that expensive.
the worst place you would never remember!!!!
It is in Walking distance to downtown Security People always been nice and helpful clean room kitchen with everything we needed
a homeless shelter next door (but the Motel is safe, they do have their own security, and without signing in nobody enters the facilities the wi fi Signal was horrible, sometimes it took us 10 minutes to get one.
Everything security, facilities, staff.
Room servicebecause there were not services for second day.
Location near down town,
No gaurd at gate at 2:00am on the 31st. Not happy at all about that. May not stay again because of that.
There's a homeless shelter near. A little scary for a group of college girls.
Comfort of the room.
Next door to homeless shelter. Not clean rooms.
Good value for money (for Atlanta that is)
Neighboor is crazy scary... A homeless shelter just next door with homeless people screaming at night and trying to access the motel. Hopefully the security is quite good and won't let anyone enter without taking IDs and reservation proof. But still, we got our dinner delivered because we were really too scared to go out.
The price is reasonable, and the facilities is good enough.
The neighborhood is not that good, especially if you walking alone trough there after 8.00pm
The overall appearance and location was terrible!.. I actually checked out an hour after checking in
Their web site is dishonest because it does not truly describe the area in which this facility is located. I arrived at their hotel around 8:50 PM. There were three kids outside their office smoking something that made them very loud and forced us to wait with my family in the car until they walked away. The lady that still was in the office did not come to the window and instead pointed us out to the side of the window that displayed their security number. I called the number several times before the security officer answer. He was attending another person in the parking lot and asked me to come over where he was. One of my daughters look down the street and saw a few homeless people. At that point we felt we were in the wrong side of the town and decided to leave. The next day I called one of your representatives and agreed that they will only charge me for only one night instead of the three I reserved. However, your client did not follow through and charged me for all three days anyway.
It was walking distance from where I was located downtown and at a great discount through booking. com
Its really close to the mission and a lot of homeless people hangout.
the door key card is hard to use. we tried several times but all unlocked by securities' metal key.
Is close to the city underground, fair price.
Facilities are in bad conditions and is located in a bad neighborhood.
Great price and security
Location next to homeless shelter. Guests above us were up jumping/yelling/slamming doors all hours of the night. Ended up packing up and leaving at 4am due to the excessive noise.
the place is not safe as many homeless people are around it and you can get easily robbed !!
The comforter set was not so clean
In the hood. Skid row one block away. People yelling outside all night. To top it off they put me on the wrong check out list with the cleaning crew and all my toiletries were thrown away when I returned on the first day. When I complained, I did not receive good customer service...just a bunch of grief. They gave me 10 bucks.
The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was cozy.
The door knob on the bathroom door was broken and the elevator took a long time to open.
