I had a place to rest..staff was nice.
It was unclean, trash under sink, razor left in shower which tells me shower was not cleaned.gross
*Relatively safe on the hotel property (security in front of entrance checking every person and every car entering the property) *Free Wi-Fi and free parking
*Dirty and obscure place, no use of kitchen (dirty and unequipped), I was afraid to touch anything in the room. *Staff was rude and unhelpful. *Also, not a safe/pleasant neighborhood - we couldn't take advantage of downtown location as we expected (we didn't feel safe outside the hotel, especially in the evening). We stayed there only one night - we're a young couple and was looking for a clear cheap place to stop by but even for us it was much below any standards. I definitely won't recommend it for any longer stay, nor for family with children. I won't stay in that place any more.
Somewhat friendly on-site security staff monitoring grounds 24 hours a day.
Room visibly dirty in some places upon walking in.
The obvious "tent city" set up right outside the entrance to the hotel had several homeless and intoxicated people out on the street. Being greeted by security just to drive on the property all adds up to bad news.
Location was rough but was able to get around on public transportation the other guests were loud
Good price and close to the middle of downtown.
The area looks very sketchy, specially by night. Nonetheless, it made me feel safer the fact that the receptionist carried a gun.
Very dangerous neighborhoods. Gunfire at midnight. Homeless people around and feel threatened.
I love the price
Very rude staff- I had to leave at 6 am and I went to the front office and spoke to the man in the office he looked at me , turned off the light and told me the office wasn't open until 8 am and refused to speak with me
when we checkin they gave us room 404, but the key wasnt working, so they move us to 403. At 3 am, both nights that we were staying, the security knock to our door and told us that we had to leave because we were not on his list. (we were under 404), he called the police, and the police put the guy in his place. Never ever again going to this place. They refund me one night for this, but wasnt worth it.
Location is convinent It has a security check point every time when people walk into the hotel
homeless shelter is near the hotel
The security was excellent. I felt safe.
We had to constantly ask for toilet tissue, didn't get tissue until next day after we had to go and get ourselves. The bath rags were stained not snow white.
Helpful staff Low price Big bed
Toilet was broken. Poor kitchen, even though we didn't wanted to prepare food it would be impossible without any ditches.
We dont have enough space to answer this question totally should be shut down!
The staff was friendly
The area around the hotel was horrible and we had to put up with loud music all night. I didn't feel safe walking anywhere by myself. You have to check in with a security guard everytime you enter the premises, which is not something you want to deal with after a long day. The walls were thin so you could hear pretty much what your neighbors were saying. The shower is tiny and barely big enough for 1 person.
no positive aspects. Only the night security man was really nice.
Don't go there by feet the neighborhood is a disaster. The bedroom was extremely dirty, most of all the bathroom. The wc was also broken. A mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
24 security whom they I.d. everyone who comes on the property! Also there is a strict policy that no alcoholic beverages be consumed outside your room!Very clean, and for under $50 I would recommend anyone to try it out you would be surprised,we were!
Other than the fact there is a homeless shelter up the road. They didn't bother anybody. The way I look at it if there wasn't a shelter there they would on the streets, and they would be bothering everyone!
The area and lack of facilities
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both security guards we talked to were very nice.
We checked non-smoking for our room, but were put in a room that smelled like smoke.
Rude and terrible customer service. Wifi does not work well.
The staff in the office were good had good attitude and mydecideness was great thanks for the security on point I felt safe
My room only had one towel to dry one towel for wash and I stayed 2 nights but did go to office and they gave me extra towels don't like the location didn't know it was across the street from homeless shelter not a good spot
I didn't like the location and I didn't like arriving there to the office finding out my room was canel without me cancling it and without me knowing it was cancel
It had 24 hours security
You have to pass a homeless shelter to use the public transportation or to get the hotel
