Security asking to see id everytime he see u coming on property on being seen while going to a different floor ...the dirty curtains hanging up at window the towels had black and yellow spots roaches in bathroom gum on carpet floor say they have wifi but not true only in certain rooms
Good heat and air condition
LOCATION!!! Or better yet its surroundings. Everything was just mins away but because of the homeless shelter, people just standing around and the strange activities, we were scared to leave the room. While setting in the room in the middle of the day, a was shot. Right by our motel and we watched him running, fall and policemen and EMTs come. I was ready to go. It ruined my vacation.
nobody clean the room
staff are kind location is ok room is big enough
I didn't get any breakfast and their wasn't an elavator
i'm female so did not feel secure there at all even that the security was carrying a gun....he walked up the 4th floor and couldn't breath how he is going to protect people
Everything it was dirty and had german roach infested!!
Only complaint is that the internet was not good at all. :(
Location was good
I spilled some coffee and the floor so I used a wash rag to clean it up.when asked for another the next day (Maid) NO. And I am not taking that. (Front Desk) don't use or towels to clean use ur cloths. Really. I ran some water over the wash rag and it was clean again. That place is sad.
It's in the city.
Everything was terrible no wifi dirty bed dirty bathroom
Nothing was good
Nada, ni el precio.
One of the guest made to much noise argued for two hours after 1am
The hotel appeared to be serving as transitional housing.
House keeping did not clean for 3 days, had to beg for linens yo change the ones i met after 3 days of my stay. neighbours are too frightening.
Wireless. Front desk is not present 24hrs.Had to wait 2hrs for them after travelling for 13 hrs from Africa. Upon arrival the lady was rude rnd very nasty. please remove from online booking if front desk will not be there to receive international visitors, also include on your site online that you're located next door yo junkies and some dangerous looking people. i could not walk anywhere except taxi picks me st the hotel for fear of the drug tacking neighbours .
Room was nott cleaned well half eaten cracker in corner. Room keys didn't work . . Shower had 3 beads of water
Security was friendly.
The towels and sheets weren't cleaned. Staff wasn't nice & we found bed bug in the hotel.
The security was very nice
That it didn't have any pots an pans but we had friends that wanted to come visited and couldn't all bc it was a gated property.
Free wifi, had a kitchenette!
One.man got A gun to his face. The people beside us were loud. And the hotel is nothing like It looks online. As well as you should probably mmention its in the bad part of the city!!!!!
No internet in rooms
My door looked like it had been kicked in, so now light, sound, weather, and critters (roaches) freely came inside. There were pieces of hair, skin and questionable stains in and on the bed, bathroom, floor and walls. They failed to mention it's next to a homeless shelter.
The only thing we liked was the price of the room. We never actually stayed in the room because of the horrible conditions and location, so l didn't mind losing $50.
well its so sad to see so many homeless people
I really like the kitchen I get to cook home cooked meal for my family
This place canceled my room cause I wasn't there by 9pm. No one is in the office after 9 only a security guard in a side room & it's not in a good part of town.
Price for location was good.
Right next to homeless shelter with people wandering around for no reason. Was greeted with police car parked in front of hotel, with some kind of investigaiton going on. All visitors need to have ID even to enter the premises (not a bad thing, but the necessity of this step speaks about the safety of the location) Wifi is almost non-existent. Works for 1 minute and stops for 10 minutes. Very slow when it works.
Within 5 minutes I found several dead bed bugs and a roach so I checked out immediately.
Staff was helpful As a male the location didn't bother me, but woman may be uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people.
