Check in was quick and friendly. The carpet in my room was wet. There was a smell of mildew when we entered the room. The bathroom sink was coming a loose from the wall. Shower curtain was not long enough to shield water. The shower head had feces on it. We were very unsatisfied with stay.

They put us near the elevator and vending/ice machine so it was very noisy all night. Can't say good about this place Noisy, no wifi We left our cell charger in room and when we phoned a day later, they said nothing was turned into their lost and found. Cleaning people obviously took it

Cheap... And that was about it. Where to start... The rooms smelled very bad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the covers did not look clean. The staff acted like it was a bother to help you. I did not feel safe at this hotel. They came to "clean" the room everyday, but who knows what housekeeping did while they were in my room because they did not clean! They left piles of dirt on the floor, didn't wipe down counters, and didn't sweep the carpet. The only thing I could tell they did was turn off my ac so that it was like 90 degrees in my room when I came back! On top of that, the walls were paper thin, and the security guard never came when I called about a couple next door to us fighting, screaming, throwing stuff, and hitting each other at 1am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! I booked this hotel because it was cheap, however I would rather cancel my vacation next year than stay at this hotel again!

I like nothing about the Savannah Suite Norfolk. It smell stink in the hotel room which the bathroom was dirty and mold all over the wall. Undesirables wwere every where hanging out. Take the hotel off the booking list please. No family should bring their family here becuase it is not for a family becasuse of the un desirables

the fact that their pictures on the computer did not match what they have actually listed. their place was full of roaches, and it wasnt nice at all to sleep or stay.
