How I asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave me the opposite.
No breakfast included, no electricity, i.e. no TV and no compensation for lack of light or TV.
It was close to the shopping mall and the restaurant
no refrigerator or microwave
It was clean
It was a sketchy place and the phone was broken.
The smell of reefer was coming thru the vents. Roaches were crawling on the walls. The mattresses were nasty. No microwave. Dead bugs blew out of the a/c when turned on. The toilet was broken.
I requested a non smoking room, every room smelled like the inside of an ashtray. There was only 1 towel. The tub was disgusting. The beds might have had laundered sheets but they had rips and full of male and female stains. (Very Gross) The only good thing with the room was a new flat screen TV. I would not let my dog sleep in this hotel. The staff had no personality and it took an arm and a leg to get a refund. I spent almost an hour complaining until my refund was given. I was more comfortable sleeping in the bed of my pick-up truck since there wasn't any more availability at local hotels. Anyone who stays at this hotel after this review should have their head examined.
Got in and the TV wouldnt work then on top of that we arrived after 3 pm and the room was just getting cleaned so we had to wait.
The front desk person was very rude and not accommodating at all! Will not be using this hotel again!
location was easy to get around to different stores and areas. The location as well felt like a safe area.
Even though the price was great, I was expecting it to be nicer a little more than what it was. bedding was terrible old, nasty and smelled had cig burns on them it was suspose to be a no smoking room and stains. pillows were so flat it wasnt comfortable. Also bugs were crawling around. :( ... I really just got the feeling of the saying "you get what you pay for".... I was not pleased but glad it was in a safe area and i delt with it for the night.
The staff when I checked in at 2:00 A.M. was very curtious.
I reserved a non smoking room with a king bed and at check in I was told that there wasn"t a room with a king bed so they said they would put us in a room with 2 queen beds but could not guarrantee it was non smoking and might smell like smoke, the beds where full size not queen and at over 6 foot tall full beds do not fit very well. The room was dirty with at least 2 big splotches on the wall where something had hit and run down the wall, pillow cases missing on 2 pillows and 1 pillow case was dirty on one of the other pillows, dirty washcloths left hanging on the shower rod from previous guests,TV did not work, Towels and washcloths have seen better days. The wash clothes had quarter sized holes in them. We arrived very late due to flight delays (2:00 A.M.) were planning on a six night stay but when we got up in the morning and looked at the condition of the room we checked back out and found another hotel.
close to what I was wanting to do.
Parking lot in bad shape. The front looked great but then you get into the back needs work.
I got my money back.
All "non smoking" rooms smells dampness and cigarettes. Dirty walls in bath, broken fridge. Awful!
Was not happy about them giving me a double room when I ordered a single. Hard wood floors and roaches to round it off. Never there again.....
We felt unsafe in the area. but for the price it had to work for.one night
Very dirty! The rooms smelled like smoke.
The horrible conditions. Poor management ,roach infested, dirty sheets, comforters, holes in wall leaking ceiling, hand prints on the walls, hole behind bathroom door and the tub was horrific
across the street was a Publix
There appeared to be drug users and seller/buyer events going on regularly. The "non-smoking" room smelled like as old ashtray. It also seemed like other low life groups lived at the facility. Would not recommend to anyone.
Up to date television
Wifi didn't work ....sheets were nasty... I have bed bug bites and there were roaches in the refrigerator. I will not be returning to this place..... People stay away from here!!!!
The only thing that I liked about this hotel is that it was a good location.
I didn't like anything. The beds weren't comfortable. When I got in the shower there was dirty underwear from someone that stayed previously. The mirror above the sink was still dirty from water. Every towel and washcloth had hair all over them. The advertising was all a lie. There isn't a pool, my room didn't have a microwave or a refrigerator like it said. Not to mention the lady staying beside me said when she opened her frig and microwave nothing but roaches ran out. Surprisingly the TV did work. It is not anything like the advertisement shows. It's horrible and I will never stay there again!!
Everything. From smell to poor plumbing. Leaks in shower. Whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, location was very good
Vending machines didn't work, my tv wasn't working (but then the front desk agent came and fixed it)
The front desk lady was really nice
The bed was hard the floor had ashes and cheetos everywhere the cleaning staff but one was loud and rude and on the phone the entire time and there were roaches
Open electrical outlets at your head in the bed. Moldy shower. Never cleaned my room. Had to get sheets and make my own bed cracked tiles and filthy faucets. Never stay here and reporting them to the health and business board of business codes
There were roach bugs everywhere, smelled like something had died in the hotel room and was not clean, fridge didnt look like it had been cleaned since the hotel was open, walked right out and got my money back!
Desk clerk was nice.
I took several of pictures because the place was very poor conditions. Cobwebs in bathroom, thick duck on bathroom vent, dead bugs in bathroom light cover, baseboards Very thick dust, carpet Stain with rips, rust around door hinges, ironing board fabric full of stains that I would not use, hole in back of bathroom door with white cheap patch as a quick fixer upper, went for breakfast and you really did not have much to offer at All, etc... The list could go on and I did take pictures because for the money I paid I did expect better and I do not see how you passed inspection.
