No luggage racks, no hooks for clothing in bathroom.
Everything was excellent..
Location. More remote than I expected.
Large clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, parking available on site, cafes and shops close by, good gym.
Wifi quite slow, $30 parking a little expensive for this part of town. Espn blurry and could not be fixed.
Comfort and clean room
Indoor parking even if it is expensive. Restaurant location. Courteous and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Well outfitted and designed bathroom. Soap with a "hole." 24 hr in and out for parking.
Cost of parking. Some TV channels, even though listed as usable, are mostly snow.
Nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff.
The heating was difficult to control in the room. Too cold or too hot.
Nice room. The nearby streets have cafe' and restutants. The region is safe and you can walk around at night
Far from downtown. Had to take bus that makes commuting to the museums take 3/4 hour or more. The hotel does not have a shuttle service and did not offer to give metro pass for the public transportation. The room had an old A/C unit, which was noisy and made unpleasent wind on the nearby bed. The lobby was outdated and the breakfast space was not wellcoming
great location within walking distance of Georgetown restaurants. great room, very good bed. all in all will stay there again because of value for money
it said parking was free, it was not. don't advertise two different things. poor lighting in too,
The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect for our trip. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Especially the gentleman who checked us in, Ahmad. He was extremely professional and helped us with everything we needed. He handled any issues in a very timely fashion. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.
The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast and parking are not included. But I wouldn't say it is a "negative" thing.
Convenient location for my purposes. Refrigerator and coffee maker in room. great shower and tastefully decorated.
The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Most staff, except one, were very pleasant and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.
The front desk supervisor gave me a very hard time about the rollaway bed I booked through Booking.com. Apparently she could not see it in the reservation. After a half hour of discussion, she provided the bed (which did not appear to be a problem at all). The long delay and how it was handled left me with a very bad impression. I was made to feel like I couldn't figure out what "extra bed" meant, she called Booking.com, put the agent on speaker phone so the whole lobby could hear, and he too claimed I didn't reserve the extra bed (all this even though I had a print out of the confirmation noting the bed). Shortly after, Booking.com contacted me to apologize that I was correct and they also had missed the note in the reservation requesting the bed. The supervisor apologized the next day when I walked by. Handled properly, the supervisor should initially have just said "I don't see the bed request in the reservation but we can send one up." Check in would have taken 5 minutes instead of 30, I would have been happy, and the outcome would have been the same.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent. We were close to a bus that took us to restaurants. Grocery store was easy walking distance. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and shower great. Large room for 4 of us.
A little further out than other hotels in DC area but excellent shuttle and metro made it easy to get around
Very nice, comfortable place to stay.
Didn't like that I booked mainly for the free parking and when I got there I was told $30 per day! Booking.com if your ad was wrong I had to pay $150 extra! Restaurant never answered the phone to order room service. No water pressure. Handicap room that we didn't need.
The bed was super comfy, really cheap place to stay for the standard of hospitality that we received. Reasonably close to the attractions
Good location in Georgetown
THE LOCATION ON WISCONSIN AVE IS PERFECT. IT IS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS, THE CATHEDRAL, SHOPS, ETC. ALSO THE PARKING IS VERY EASY AND GAINING ENTRANCE AND EGRESS IS A BREEZE. THE STAFF IS EFFICIENT, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. WE HAVE STAYED THERE THREE TIMES AND WILL RETURN AGAIN VERY SOON. A GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
A FEW INEXPENSIVE SUGGESTIONS: 1)PUT SOME HOOKS IN BATHROOM FOR WET TOWELS. 2)SINCE BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE, AT LEAST HAVE COFFEE AND TEA AVAILABLE.
People were arguing and fighting in the hallway on my floor. Have to get out of vehicle to use landline to get them to open garage door.
very good location; good cleaness.
parking cost a lot
Great location for travelling to Washington to see the sights. Asia on reception was really friendly and helpful, explaining the choice of tours that were available, recommending museums to visit, recommending local restaurants and making dinner reservations for us. All the other staff were very pleasant, breakfast was good and the room spacious and comfortable.
Car Parking charge was a bit of a surprise.
No access to Metro while very close to bus station. Good neighbourhood.
Friendly staff, nice room
Friendly staff ,nice landscape entrance, comfortable interior with a warm homey feel .great chain alternative,
