This was my second stay and it was very disappointing. I stayed in room 206 that does not have brick walls separating the rooms - hence i could hear the bathroom of the neighboring room all night and could not sleep at all. Also, the elevator of the hotel was not working!! We had to climb up and down all the time. |

Great location, helpful staff at the desk who gave good info about restaurants, activities, comfortable beds. wine and cheese daily In a very noisy area with low life activity at night (fighting, police cars etc) Ear plugs needed to sleep as windows weren't keeping sounds out |

It was relatively close to important places like theatres and not too far from Fishermans Wharf. The internet was free. Free cheese and biscuits and coffee and tea and wine. Noise from my room. |

This hotel look nice from outside but inside it is a different story. We had deluxe room but it was so small that we had a problem to keep our things there. Also it was dirty and smelly. We knew it's old hotel but they could better keep it in shape. Localization was great near almost everywhere but loud a little bit, view on another building. They don't get too much for breakfast and trust me don't use the hotel towels, take your own cose I saw what they do with them and belive me you don't wanna know what I saw.... |

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful, with good knowledge of the area. The hotel was in a great location and the room was a really good size. The bed was incredibly comfortable and, although San Francisco is a noisy city, my back room was quite sheltered from too much noise! |

Very clean room, had wooden floors not carpet which was very nice as it felt considerably cleaner than carpet often does. Lovely decor and very well kept. Comfy beds and high end bed linen. Free wine and cheese reception each evening (wine not bad, cheese not great but free!) Free wireless, lovely reception area. Very close to centre of city (5 minute walk) and near a grocery store and pharmacy (next block). Was definitely the best of the 5 hotels we stayed in in the states for this trip and it was a really lovely room. |

It is only 2 minutes from the famous Union Square, very much downtown. The breakfast is little bit pure. |

The restaurant was vegan and Grayline had a shuttle stop for the Yosemite tour at that location. |

We stayed only one night and left the hotel. Indeed it was not far from the union square but just at the limit of bad street with too much homeless people near the hotel! We did not feel safe there...

Fik kun 40$ i rabat. |
