Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern und es war kein Problem ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen. Ideal für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern. |

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in Manhatten, eine Querstrasse von der Subway entfernt. Super waren die Zimmer, die so sehr gedämmt waren, dass fast kein Strassenlärm zu hören war. Es war sehr sauber, mit übergrossen Betten, einem grossen Flachbildschirm und freiem Internetzugang. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Ein super Hotel für einen New York Aufenthalt. Über teuert waren allerdings die Getränke aus der Minibar, doch war gleich neben dem Hotel ein kleiner Kiosk, wo Getränke für ein Viertel des Preises zu haben waren. Das Frühstück, als kontinental angepriesen, kann man aber vergessen. Doch war gegenüber dem Hotel ein einwandfreies Breakfast zu erhalten. |

The staff is very helpful with whatever your needs are, the rooms are very clean and the hotels location is great. (5 min walk from 5th avenue) The breakfast was, as most hotels abroad, not up to norwegian standards. |

Very nice hotel, large room, and extremely pleasant staff. Hard to say it was a deal at $289/night, but it is NY. I've stayed in lousy places for $200/night, so I'd gladly take this option. I highly recommend. |

The staff were very pleasant and the location of the parkade was perfect right next to the hotel. Accessible to the sites of Manhatten if you didn't mind a nice walk. The continental breakfast was very limited. Bread, sweet rolls, apples and yogurt, there were no variations from day to day. They could have used variety with maybe cheese or waffles even dry cereal something a little extra. |

Staff where well informed and very keen to help with directions and recomendations. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean with air conditioners/heaters which work very well. The lack of a hotel bar was a little dissapointing although there was an enterance into the restaurant/bar next door via the lobby, other than that I would recommend this hotel without hesitation |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja sängyt tarpeeksi suuret. Huoneet siivottiin jopa pari kertaa päivässä, jonka takia ne olivat koko ajan todella siistit. Hotelli oli hyvin hiljainen, vaikka sijaitsikin keskeisellä paikalla. Jääkaappi oli tarpeellinen ainakin meille, koska kävimme monesti ostamassa jääkaappiin pientä purtavaa. Olimme hotelliin enemmän kuin tyytyväisiä. Aamupalaa voisi hieman monipuolistaa muun muassa hedelmillä, marjoilla ja muroilla. |

Tiene una ubicación estupenda, muy cerca de Time Square. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno está bien, pero no hay demasiado donde elegir. El hotel está bastante bien en general, aunque me parece un poco caro. |
