Siellä oli toimivat tietokoneyhteydet asiakkaille. Aamiaistarjoilu melko suppea. Liikaa makeita pullia leivän asemasta. Mutta ehkä tämä on amerikkalaiseen makuun. |

Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Kodikas tunnelma. Hyvä sijainti suurimman turistihässäkän ulkopuolella. Ilmainen internet erittäin käytännöllinen kaupunkikohteessa. Aamiainen amerikkaiseen tapaan liian makea, enemmän suolaisia vaihtoehtoja makeiden tilalle. |

very friendly atmosphere and the furnishings and decor were really excellent. To have a coffee maker in room was a bonus and I've not been in any other NY hotel with this facility. Again, the continental breakfast which was more than sufficient was very welcome, fresh and substantial. It was a very quiet hotel which is what I was looking for; no disturbed nights!, yet very conveniently situated. The room we had was very spacious but there was very little natural light and only a wall as a view. Unfortunately some items of clothing were left in the closet on the day we were we leaving. On returning to the hotel, and informing the desk clerk that we had left these belongings in our room, he let us back into the room but the items had been taken. |

Location was very good. Hotel was spotless our room was very pleasant and very well mainained. Staff were very friendly and polite. No lounge bar. |

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever experienced! We were given an upgrade on arrival and the room has a very large bed along with a lovely sitting area. Having heard stories about small NY rooms, we were pleasantly suprised. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of everything we wished to see and it the local felt safe, which was important. Breakfast was rather disappointing - the room was too small for the number of people trying to use it and If you did not eat bread or yougart, you had a bit of a problem. Also not only was it out of sync with the standard of the hotel but it is rather environmentally unfriendly to use disposable plates, cups, etc rather than real delph/cutlery. |
