La silenziosità della camera. La spaziosità della camera. Il fatto che sia sempre a disposizione un servizio internet gratuito o wireless se si ha il proprio pc. La zona alla sera è un po' carente di varia scelta di ristoranti. |

Camere molto ampie e pulite. Posizione tranquilla e vicina a metropolitana e aree commerciali. Servizio cordiale. Colazione discreta. Le stanze che non affacciano sulla strada sono un pò rumorose. C'è il rumore continuo di fondo di compressori. Ci vuole un pò per abituarsi ma passa in secondo piano rispetto alla qualità dei servizi offerti. |

la dimensione delle camere, la pulizia, la disponibilità di una piccola cucina e dei sui accessori i letti integrativi (divano letto e letto aggiunto) erano scomodi ed inadeguati, colazione modesta |

very friendly atmosphere and the furnishings and decor were really excellent. To have a coffee maker in room was a bonus and I've not been in any other NY hotel with this facility. Again, the continental breakfast which was more than sufficient was very welcome, fresh and substantial. It was a very quiet hotel which is what I was looking for; no disturbed nights!, yet very conveniently situated. The room we had was very spacious but there was very little natural light and only a wall as a view. Unfortunately some items of clothing were left in the closet on the day we were we leaving. On returning to the hotel, and informing the desk clerk that we had left these belongings in our room, he let us back into the room but the items had been taken. |

Location was very good. Hotel was spotless our room was very pleasant and very well mainained. Staff were very friendly and polite. No lounge bar. |

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever experienced! We were given an upgrade on arrival and the room has a very large bed along with a lovely sitting area. Having heard stories about small NY rooms, we were pleasantly suprised. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of everything we wished to see and it the local felt safe, which was important. Breakfast was rather disappointing - the room was too small for the number of people trying to use it and If you did not eat bread or yougart, you had a bit of a problem. Also not only was it out of sync with the standard of the hotel but it is rather environmentally unfriendly to use disposable plates, cups, etc rather than real delph/cutlery. |
