Good location,friendly athmosphere

Staff where well informed and very keen to help with directions and recomendations. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean with air conditioners/heaters which work very well.

The lack of a hotel bar was a little dissapointing although there was an enterance into the restaurant/bar next door via the lobby, other than that I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

very friendly atmosphere and the furnishings and decor were really excellent. To have a coffee maker in room was a bonus and I've not been in any other NY hotel with this facility. Again, the continental breakfast which was more than sufficient was very welcome, fresh and substantial. It was a very quiet hotel which is what I was looking for; no disturbed nights!, yet very conveniently situated.

The room we had was very spacious but there was very little natural light and only a wall as a view. Unfortunately some items of clothing were left in the closet on the day we were we leaving. On returning to the hotel, and informing the desk clerk that we had left these belongings in our room, he let us back into the room but the items had been taken.

Bor man på hotell i New York vill man att det ska finnas kylskåp som man fyllt själv efter behov och en skön säng att vila sig på efter en lång dag på stadens gator.

Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern und es war kein Problem ein zusätzliches Bett aufzustellen. Ideal für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in Manhatten, eine Querstrasse von der Subway entfernt. Super waren die Zimmer, die so sehr gedämmt waren, dass fast kein Strassenlärm zu hören war. Es war sehr sauber, mit übergrossen Betten, einem grossen Flachbildschirm und freiem Internetzugang. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Ein super Hotel für einen New York Aufenthalt.

Über teuert waren allerdings die Getränke aus der Minibar, doch war gleich neben dem Hotel ein kleiner Kiosk, wo Getränke für ein Viertel des Preises zu haben waren. Das Frühstück, als kontinental angepriesen, kann man aber vergessen. Doch war gegenüber dem Hotel ein einwandfreies Breakfast zu erhalten.
