Score from 83 reviews Good
The air conditioner is annoying
The shuttle was very helpful.
Breakfast said it was free yet we found out it was not completely free. Other hotels have a better free breakfast options.
Nothing as such
We went there during winter and there was no hot breakfast . And we stayed for 20 days. Not even for 1 day hot breakfast was present.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
price is good location is good the staff is responsive
They forgot to clean the room The breakfast is poor The elevators are old The room has a very old equiement
I would stay again on my next visit
Elevators were broken and they were making funny sounds the one that it was working
After an incredibly long wait at an unattended front desk, we were given non working room keys. After returning to get working keys, we opened the door to discover a man laying in the bed - they had given our room to someone else - awkward!!! After finally getting us sorted into another room, we discovered that we hadn't been given our breakfast vouchers. Next we were told that the bar/lounge was closed...we soon discovered for ourselves that it wasn't, and actually enjoyed ourselves there with the bartender Brandy - by far the highlight (actually only bright spot) in our stay. In general the facility was run down, dingy and decrepit (one elevator was out of service) and front desk staff were slovenly and inept. I chose this facility based upon its 4-star rating on the site...BOGUS! I learned that it was a Best Western being renamed, possibly worthy of 2+ stars but nothing more.
breakfast was same for all days. no change. so staying more than 3 or 4 days will be boring
The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice. We got a hot breakfast (which is rare for a continental breakfast!). I would definitely stay there again. Great price.
The hotel is remodeling so from the outside it might appear a little shady. The sign wasn't lit up outside and it wasn't a well known hotel chain, but the inside was very nice and organized. The remodeling did not affect our stay at all!!!
Loses out because it has no airport shuttle.
good continental breakfast included in rate
Don't ask for food on Sundays when the Chef has a day off... ;)
I think the breakfast could of been alot better! It needs more options and better quality of food!
the staff was very friendly rooms are very clean common areas very clean. Great place to stay if you're in the area.
Simple and quiet The back garden is very beautiful
Options are very limited for breakfast
Location was very close to Shopping malls, Restaurant and also Highway.. I booked for one night but decided to extend for the whole week!
Confortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.
I think they need more variety on the breakfast.
The price was very good, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, very friendly staff and clean room.
The bathrooms were so small. The breakfast buffet was okay but as someone who tries to eat healthy I found was disappointed there was not a better selection of fresh fruit.
Address hard to find.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
The power was out one morning. And the elevators were broken two or three times. As I woman I don't feel safe taking the stairs by myself. Especially at night. Also, arriving there around 7:30 pm one evening the parking lot was pitch dark. That also was not safe. Especially after I was approached one morning in the parking lot by a man asking for money so he wouldn't have to stay in a shelter that night. When I asked the staff about the dark parking lot they said they contacted the GM and that the timer had to be reset.
The breakfast was awesome - the best free breakfast we have ever had at a hotel!
Bed was comfy Room size was excellent. Bathroom and shower overall good.
Broken fridge in room. Asked staff to fix broken fridge in room twice and was never fixed. TV only gets five or six HD channels the rest are in standard definition they look and sound horrible. The TV is a good size so this was baffling. Wifi is very very slow. Don't expect to be able to steam any video (youtube, yahoo etc) or video conference with anyone on it. I actually got better internet at the far less nicer Red Roof Inn. My room was very noisy, it sounded like the hotel air conditioning system was right outside my window or someone was vacuuming in the room above me at 10pm. The food provided at the free breakfast isn't that good. After the first day I didn't eat anything that was provided since it all looked greasy and unappetizing. So I just stuck with coffee, cereal and fruit.
Pros: the Price, Location, Free Breakfast, Free WiFi, Fridge in room, Free cancellation.
Cons: Room had a horrible smell, spraying Lysol couldn't even get rid of it. Cleanliness, one of the beds had hair on the sheets. Not enough towels. Not enough seating in restaurant for breakfast.
