Staff very friendly & accomodating

Rooms were very dark & hot. Air conditioning was very poor. Not eco- friendly as advertised. Location is poor for shopping or good beaches.

The location is great. Right by the water and in a 'real' part of the island. Don't take any notice of reviews that say the neighbourhood is unsafe. It is a working area and there are fishermen with gear etc. It's real!! Staff at the resort are very helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Good to have the pool, canoes and snorkelling gear available. Breakfast is fine too, fruit, cereal and waffles etc. OK, this is not Honolulu, but that's why we chose it... quiet, away from the main drag... if this is not what you want, then don't book here. As for housekeeping, it was fine. We don't need someone to make our bed everyday. We can do that ourselves!

We suspect that the negatives in other reviews stem from the price. We were very, very kindly upgraded to a room with a view. With the upgrade, we felt we had good value for our money... Not sure if we would have felt so positive without the upgrade.

The gardens were exceptional and the buildings were well maintained. And it was really lovely. Very quiet and calm. Breakfast was great daily, however it was over run with kids who took over everything, we weren't sure they were guests? We did the sand bar excursion, it was fantastic, the snorkelling was great and the fire dancer was hilarious and awesome. Reception was friendly when checking in and out.

The bed was awful. We didn't sleep for the3nights that we were there. There was cloud cover the whole time we were there so we had to go to the other side of the island each day for some sun. The kitchenette was insuffuent to do anything other than boil noodles. A toaster and kettle would be amazing as there is a super market near by ish. The air con was loud and didn't work in one of the rooms, parking was a pain as one of the other guests had a massive ute which took over 3 parks. Nothing was marked so he wouldn't move it. There was only room service mon we'd and fri.

Only housekeeping services twice a week, and that was not very thorough when it did happen.

I loved everything about Paradise Bay Resort. The veiws are breath taking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suites were clean and comfortable. The free parking, continental breakfast, and included kayaking were a bonus. I will always stay at Paradise Bay Resort when visiting Oahu.

Quiet location Beautiful ocean views

No restaurants or shops within 3 miles (hotel has no restaurant) Breakfast only between 7 and 9am, limited selection Rooms are not serviced every day, covers were damp. No phone or safe in the rooms.

We loved the friendly staff, the Friday night Mai-Tais, singing, and dancing, and the opportunity to snorkel on Saturday!

More of a true Hawaiian down to earth atmosphere.Not commercialized.No phoney baloney.

I liked the location. It's between the big city and the North Shore. Great location.

There were light bulbs burned out and I reported it early in the week. They were never replaced. When I asked about it the answer was the maintenance man didn't like to do any work when people were in the room. I was gone every afternoon and it was 3 lightbulbs (3 minute job) really? Lame. Other than that no complaints.

Clean, quiet, private.I liked the fire show and boat trip they organised. Breakfast was great. Great place to stay to get away from the touristy waikiki.

No restaurant/dinner orders. However it does not take long to drive to the local shops to buy food and the rooms have a microwave and cooktop.

Location is amazing - a tropical paradise, very quiet and away from all the commercialisation of Waikiki. Staff are very friendly and couldn't be more accommodating.

Would have been nice to have had a bar / somewhere to have a drink or something to eat in the evening. Eating in the evening meant a 15 minute drive or cooking something in the microwave - not ideal when you're on holiday.

We had a room on the ground floor facing the back of another bungalow a few meters: this is the view of the garden. The air conditioner of the same bungalow in operation throughout the night with a continuous noise. Breakfast almost nonexistent. Value for money is very low. Particularly squalid surroundings.

Nothing. Location was awful, the room was clean but has NO security. Anyone with a screwdriver could break into those rooms. there was nowhere to eat, nothing to do and the location was frightening. The neighborhood location was awful! Driving to the "Resort" ( which is a vast overstatement) was scary. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We stayed one night and left; had scheduled for five.

Set in a beauiful inlet, home to numerous exotic birds, with access to kayaking (escorted tour). On Ohahu you immediately think of staying at Waikiki, but this was a quiet hideaway that lived up to its name.

超好的一家乡村度假酒店，房子边上两米就是海边，可以游泳烧烤划船，可以出海浮浅，停车免费。非常好的地方- ，景色一级棒。早餐简单，但足够了。再去瓦胡岛，肯定还选这个酒店。

不是每天都换浴巾；没人打扫房间，靠自己；海边的房子wifi信号不好。

とても静かで音が自然のものばかり、雄鶏の鳴き声コケコッコーは夜中でも。お天気が良ければ星がよく見えた- と思うのですが、生憎雲が多かったり、月が明るすぎたり。 宿泊者はアメリカ人ばかりでした。 英語が分かれば楽しめると思います。

Le lieu est incroyable, on quitte Honolulu et la ville pour se retrouver dans une superbe baie entourée de montagnes dont le sommet se perd dans la brumes et de la jungle. L'hotel et ses bungalows sont à environ 25 minutes d'Honolulu. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont parfaits et l'hotel met à votre disposition des canoés pour faire le tour de la baie.

- le petit dejeuner était un peu "light" à mon gout. Muesli, yaourts et fruits alors que j'aurai préféré quelque chose de plus "consistant". - le lieu est un peu excentré pour manger le soir.

Les appartements en bord de baie profitent d'une vue magnifique.

Les alentoures terrestre de l'hôtel n'offrent aucun intéret.

Es un Hotel encantador en todos los aspectos, esta apartado del tumulto de Honolulu, nuestra habitacion era la waterfront, espectacular, con vistas a la bahia, es un pequeño paraiso, esta muy bien decorada, todo muy limpio, la cocina completa, el personal encantador, el desayuno sencillo pero para un español perfecto. Ademas estas tan metido en el ambiente Hawaiano con la selva, el mar, los pajaros... que te da una sensacion de tranquilidad y de bienestar increible.

Nada en absoluto, me ha encantado.
