The view was spectacular and the staff couldn't have been nicer!
Luxurious room, comfortable and clean. Brilliant setting, very scenic.
Unfortunately, I was there after Labor Day, and there was no food service available (no dining rooms, no restaurants, no breakfast).
the room the location
Beautiful location, very friendly staff, lots to do outdoors.
Limited choices for restaurants
Clean and roomy! Quality beds and fixtures. Parking garage a plus! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Great setting for the pool. Great view. Quiet.
I'd like to see a European breakfast included. It would be a great compliment to the Alpine style. The little cafe was inadequate.
The staff is top notch. Very professional, and friendly.
Rooms are starting to feel a little dated.
Given the stressful conditions endured with a power outage the staff was very accommodating if ensuring a relaxing time!
Beautiful location, great mountain biking. Clean and comfortable room. All the staff were happy and helpful and fun to talk to .
Needed a little better selection of food and drink. Too many kids at the pool, noisy!
Nice and clean! All around a great place to stay.
Would be nice to have a list of activities available at time of check-in.
The outdoor pool and the view.
Hot tubs were under repair.
The privacy that you don't get in downtown Sandpoint.
Noise from kids running down the catwalk (next to our 3rd floor room - #302) coming back from the pool/hot tub area back to the main facility. No restaurant/bar available for the guests.
This hotel had a Cozy cottage feel and the views were breathtaking. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
Access to lifts, covered parking, convenience to on mountain bars, restaurants and shops. Lockers available for storing snowboard/skis. Access to hot tub was nice. Staff was great!!
Beds were not particularly comfortable. Tub was missing the soap dish but was added during our stay. No one ever came by to complete the job so the grout was never put in.
We loved everything
Customer service and location.
Front door access and parking.
Loved the location to the lodge and ski hill. Very nice breakfast.
Felt like being charged an extra $40.00 for late check out on a Sunday was a rip off. So people buy a $71.00 ski ticket for a day of skiing and then to get the most out of that you have to pay an extra $40.00 to stay and ski that day. Might as well not ski and just check out first thing in the morning. Not worth it.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Alex helped us with our bags (there were many) the moment we got there and was cheerful about it! Check in and check out was smooth. The beds were ultra comfortable! Complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. Great view of the mountain.
Hotel was very nice, although the ski boots on wooden floors made for a very noisy time. But we didn't care, but at 11:30, kids jumping etc, is too late. Loved the easy casual atmosphere and the scenery
Thought the cost of the overnight was too high. There were plenty of things to do but we only stayed a short overnight. You are not elegant enough for the high prices.
Very friendly staff willing to please and help. fantastic location for families to stay and enjoy skiing without having to drive down the knurly road!! great buffet breakfast was very enjoyable. all in all "fantastic"
can't say there was anything to dislike. Only thing was, we made our own beds on day 2, and the staff could have replenished the shampoo and toiletries. but can't really say we lacked anything. it was great.
The Hotel personel were the most friendly and helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!!
It was really cold out!!
Enjoyed the lodge and shops in the village. The staff at the ziplining were awesome.
I had booked two rooms. We both had children and had requested rooms close together. We were not close and after looking at both rooms-one was very cramped, while the other was quite spacious. After calling front desk and inquiring about move, question of size and moving was not met with any degree of helpfulness.
View was amazing. Friendly staff.
Trek up the windy mountain road. Distance away from services.
