I LIKE THE AREA WHERE THE HOTEL WAS SITUATED
The air conditioner didn't work and there were roaches in the room.
The receptionist was excellent. He was always willing to help.He helped me to arrange the cab to take me round, sorted me out as a visitor to get the appropriate attention.
When i informed them of having bed bugs and talked to the manager he refunded my money but kicked us out early very unprofessional.

a worker said God Bless and spoke to us while we were approaching our rooms.
cleanliness, our check in person was very rude(needs classes on customer svcs), needs to be debug, molely, cleaner sheets and better customer svcs, parking lots needs attending to and wash, trash needs daily pick up I am a leader in ministry and travels often but I will never recommend anyone here and ask your check in person to pay more attention to the customer rather than the policeman during their job across the street
I liked the location.
I checked in on Saturday. Even though I was gone each day, my room didn't get serviced and cleaned until Tuesday.
The customer service was great.
The room had roaches and the bed was broken.
The room smelled like urine. I had been placed n back of hotel on a dark street me and my 16yr old. The Air stopped working @3am had to move rooms. Was given a dub bed at check in.so next morning I went to pay rest of balance and I was told I'll have to charge u extra for today and lastnite u have 2 beds. Free breakfast... More like a box of entenmann's doughnuts and a coffee maker n a juice machine
Holes in walls. Stains on bedding. Mold all over bathroom. A/C didn't work well. Noisy all night. People cleaning windows and banging around woke us up. Couldn't hardly sleep all night. Felt sticky. We would have left in the middle of the night but we didn't have enough money after paying for the room. None of the lights worked in room except vanity light and bathroom. Shower was disgusting. Floor want vacuumed well. We took pictures before we left.
we had to leave this place, the power went out sunday!the was not very clean, the walkways and stairs was extremely dirty period.
There were beds to sleep in.
The room was nasty, the tub was filthy, the furniture was broken, i asked for towels they never brought, and people were not friendly when I had questions. We thought we would be able to enjoy a swim but pool closed at dusk. Was an aweful experience and will never stay in a Scottish hotel again. Sheets had holes in them too.
Fire alarm started going off in the room next to me at midnight. I called front desk and they said it was some sort of fire alarm. It went off intermittedly all night. Didn't get much sleep.
The only good was the location was close to the event we were attending.
Our 1st room had roaches but they moved us to a cleaner room without roaches. My parents asked for extra towels and was told they had to find them some. But overall this hotel need a lot of major changes in order to carry a good name.
Proximity to where we needed to be
Rooms are old and in need of a remodel. Beds were in need of replacement Location
Dirty bugs bums hanging around outlets broken could not charge phone continential breakfast was a honey bun very scary place not like on video
It was very close to EverBank field and downtown.
In three days we had our room cleaned only once. Also the first day we were woken up around 8am by screaming children.
The lady at the front desk was nice
The room was gross, the bed didn't even have a fitted sheet in it, the room had stained every where and none of the light work, the continental breakfeast was coffe and pre packaged honey buns, not much of a breakfeast
the red headed girl at checkin is very good
the hotel is pitiful. the tile in the shower cracked tub peeling carpet dirty and roaches in the room. Felt very unsafe
Convenient to downtow.
