The room was clean and the bed very comfortable which is our main priorities
The noise next door was very annoying all night long. The continental breakfast was poor. The electrical outlets in the room were very poor.
Its cheep, the beds are really good. Location is great.
House keeping tried to get me out of the room before check out but reception told them off
Only thing I like is the convenience of it being not too far from downtown and if they are going to off a complimentary breakfast they have do better setup than what they have , they need a actual kitchen and dinning hall with some real hit food to eat!
The bed was broke and everytime I go to sit on one end the other end lifts up as if its going to throw me onto the floor, I wasn't satisfied so I feel like I waisted my money!
The location was good for where I was going to be in the day time.
Bathroom tub was dirty. Very large roaches in the bathroom area around the toilet.
No continental breakfast
Front desk young guy 26 years old was so rude with me because he didnt find my reservation online. He gave me a room without lights and when i did my complaint, he told me to get out from his hotel and didnt want to give my refund money. It was raining outside. I had to say him i m sorry for my complaint to get a new room because he was so crazy about me. No good internet signal
Close to work.
I like the fact that we survived. We did not get robbed or shot.
We requested rooms on first floor next to one another and we were on the second floor apart from each other and there were empty rooms on the first floor.
Second time staying here. Beds are amazing and its very cheep
Rooms are run down and Internet weak. Expect to change room a couple of times till you are happy and expect entertaining arguments from the colourful guets who stay there.
no microwave or refrigerator
The nice people that was staying in the motel.
The evening staff was not helpful and the guy working could not read emails. Two nights was cleared but, he kept saying one night was reserved. Shady area at night and holes in walls.
The bed, lights,airconditoner bathroom, towels
The room was dated but clean. For the price you can't expect the Ritz but we were happy with the value
Lower Level Room.
Bath tub filled with water and water leaking continuously in tub. Television doesn't work even after I turned the killed switch on at the door. Room smells like smoke
The beds were amazingly comfortable and the rooms were suprisly good for the price
Its a motel so don't be surprised if its a little run down
The only thing we liked was how close it was to the convention center.
Everything else! We had to have them change our room 3 times because we couldn't get a refund, the rooms looked run down and trashy, the air conditioner only worked half the time, the rooms smelled horrible, ect. We travel all over the country and this was definitely the worst experience we've ever had. Another vendor at the women's show was staying there too and he agreed that it was horrible and regretted ever getting a room there, as did we.
bed was comfortable, ac worked well, though a little noisy
the many people hanging around parking lot and stairs.
Closeness to where I needed to be.
The maid yelling right out side my window about her pay and job.
The room smelled terrible , the shower was dirty , no pillow cases . I reserved non smoking and the first room I was given wS smoking , terrible so they did move us ! I will never stay there again!
absolutely nothing I had to check out from the first day.
Inn was right off expressway, very noisy. Bathroom shower had less water than a misting fan. No hot water at all.
