Rate The weather (raining)
No wifi-even though its advertised Used furniture and tv's Lack of cable channels Broken room phone Broken room door Room key didn't work manager never called as advised by clerk
It was near our location for events me and my friends were attending.
The hotel is run down and old. The rooms are the same the sheets and pillows are old and dirty looking. The bathroom in our first bathroom was dirty and the ceiling was caving was falling apart so we had to move to a new room. When we arrived we had booked 3 nights and the manager told me she only had me down for 2 nights and told me to comeback in the next day to fix that. I came back the next day for her to tell me she would give a one bedroom and it was 3 other guest. The day of check out she was really rude because I told her the rooms we first was in was in terrible conditions and they had to move us and for our inconvenience and mistakes made on your behalf we should get a free night or the price knocked down and she told me she couldn't do that. I honestly felt like the owner was just greedy for money.
Clean Bed & Pillows
No room key that worked limited channels False wifi claims (broken equipment) Roaches Bad water pressure Overcharging for the quality of the room Very small rooms Damaged doors Safety rail on second floor flimsy support and dangerous-show caution
Location, value price
Bed not comfortable -rooms need an update - better mattress / boxspring A general room by room update would do wonders for the property
Overcharged for room, twice! charged for extra nights, rate went up $20! tv didn't work, no fridge! staff is rude and incompetent!
It was noisy
no microwave or refrigerator to heat and cool the kids things
It was a decent room to stay at for the weekend that is close to everything. I enjoyed my stay, I was unsure about this room from all the bad reviews but it turned out to be a lot better than what I thought.
The tv remote did not work.
There was nothing to like, it was dirty, no room service, it was the worse place I have ever stayed, so dirty you couldn't even take your shoes off, no phone or TV that worked, stay away.
Cheap Fairly Clean Not Far From Colliseum
Staff hung up on me several times, while I was just trying to confirm my reservation. Then they decided to charge me for two additional rooms, but Booking.com took care of it.
I liked everything
There wasn't anything not to like
the price was good ground floor hot water
never came to room to make bed, change towels, empty trash in 4 days! dirty carpet transiant guest living there full time wifi only worked outside the room wich is bad for a business person.
All cable channels
The condition of the room
Good value for the money
Two more pillows would have been great.
Drugs where rite there on site
Out of date
I was in a non smoking room and the first thing I smelled was cigarettes and a very stale odor. Someone kept calling my room and breathing heavy in the phone until I threatened to call the police. Some very unsavory characters lurking around the premises. I will not be going back there.
Nothing that I can think of! The worst place I have ever been in over 65 years.
Smells of smoking in the room. No hot water. No Phone. Sink did not drain properly. Toilet would not flush. Only a small shower stall. Noisy out side late at night. Strangers knocking on you door. Charged a higher rate than I would get if contacting then directly.
absolutely hated it it was the worst hotel i ever stayed at
everything they didnt have a remote, clean towels, little shampoos and soap found a 40 oz. beer on the window seal will NEVER stay again
not much. A/C worked great, other than that, I wouldn't rave about it. Don't bring a family here.
musta been dealing drugs out of the back with all the traffic in and out. I wouldn't stay there again. I would spend a little more and go up the road a mile or two.
Nothing I like
No cleaning, no shampoo, no towel change and supply.
I loved the price and that I was able to book last minute for High Point Market. Was also one of the only places available that allowed pets. The staff seemed accomodating and available. We weren't bothered at all for the duration of our stay.
I read the reviews beforehands and was fully prepared for a roach motel. That being said, I brought my own bedding for 3 nights, pillows, towels, toilet paper and items for showering. Wouldn't recommend traveling alone, without pets or a concealed weapon.
I love the shower, a good place to stop if you there for the night.
I didn't like the location when it comes to food delivery.
I liked the shower better than a tub.
I didn't like waiting more than 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Not having a blanket and not having enough hangers. We didn't like the 11:30 pm phone call to tell us we had to move our car. With all the rooms you people have, why use those three rooms where the driveway is so narrow.
