Staff was very friendly and helpful! Accommodations were perfect for our stay, we just needed a place to lay our heads.

Security was not good at all. Anyone would enter the hotel at any time day and night. Hotel was not very clean. Your feet stuck to the floor by the coffee machine in the lobby. The fan in the bathroom had at least an inch&1/2 of dust on it, wall paper was peelng off in the room. I cost was low but should at least have cleanliness and security at minimum. Would not stay there again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Restaurants and shopping are only a short (10 minute) drive away. Highly recommended for an overnight stop.

The price for a room with two double beds was great! The lady at the front desk was very nice. Even the cleaning staff in the morning was very friendly. The lobby was very comfortable for breakfast and our room was clean. The hotel was within 10 minutes of Hershey Park - a straight shot on Route 39. Very convenient if you don't know the area. I'd stay there again if we go to Hershey again.

Not a big deal, but although I did confirm our reservation by phone prior to arrival, when we arrived at the hotel at around noon our room was not ready. They did immediately give us a different room. Unfortunately the room we got was right next to the ice machine - which was pretty loud in the middle of the night when you are sound asleep - guess someone's got to draw the short straw. Can't complain at $64/night though.

We loved the big spacious lobby/breakfast area. Very warm and welcoming.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Scottish Inn. It was clean, well maintained and the continental breakfast included in the price was definitely a plus as the price was extremely affordable. The staff was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

The tv wasn't the best as several channels had no sound. Also, the wifi didn't work most of the time but considering all the pluses, these things were minor inconveniences.

The hotel was clean and well kept and staff was friendly

There was no control over the hotel guest as there were many young people drinking and socializing thru the night. My wife and I did not sleep at all the second night. If I had not been a parent myself the police would have been called and told there was an under age drinking party at the hotel as many of the partiers were 16-17 years old.

The staff was not available at all times, because they were also taking care of the motel 6 next door also. I didn't think that was very professional.

I was very surprised at the regular rate, very reasonable and the staff was very friend and helpful. I will go back again.

I could not find the ice machine on the 1st floor.

The price was right, it was clean, and it was comfortable,

I've been reading lately about how businesses go on rating sites and give themselves good ratings in order to get more business. I fear that is what happened in the case of this hotel. I have no idea how this hotel got an 8.2 rating on Booking.com! And that is why we chose the place. The facility is badly in need of a new interior paint job, a light fixture in the hall had no cover which exposed a fluorescent tube (I'm fairly certain that is a major biohazard), we could hear the TV in the next room very plainly (indicating very thin walls), and the room above us was seemingly occupied by a herd of elephants. The breakfast was very below par, but then again, the price was right so the less than stellar breakfast sufficed. Fortunately, there is a very nice family restaurant just across Hershey Road from the hotel.

The three times I went to the desk, there was a sign saying be back in awhile. This was the sign when I wanted to check in at 12:30am, this was the sign when I went to the desk to ask a question during the breakfast buffet and this was the sign that was up when I went to check out at 10:30. In fact the sign at checkout said, be back soon, if you need immediate assistance, please go next door to Motel 6. What is this?????
