    Staff was friendly.Convenient to downtown.

Not the best area for family. Not a good complimentary breakfast. Not the cleanest place.

It was big and spacious and clean. Located close enough to town and easy to get to the space centre

There was no information about the place - it said breakfast was included but it wasn't mentioned anywhere. No even by the staff. Some towels looked dirty and the iron didnt work.

I love this hotel, it was very impressive! The people were very nice, it was very clean, and it was a lovely stay!

There was nothing I didn't like!

The owner patroled the hotel to secure the vehicles.

The pictures on the site were very deceiving. The location was horrible and was thought to be closer to downtown. Room was not updated. For example the carpet, bedding, not curtains did not match.

The hotel staff were great, always trying to help. The rooms were big and comfortable with fridge and microwave.

The only problem is the location, is not such a save area and if you don't have a car is not the best option, is around 25 $ taxi from downtown and 8$ to university.

Plenty of room, nice and clean, fridge and wifi - what else do you need?

Breakfast was not impressing - they shouldn't offer it considering the chosen standard

Fridge and microwave in room, cable TV and super fast Wi-Fi

Location is not very good; hotel near to Houston University and downtown, but is in a depress neighborhood, not good for walking, I suggest staying only with car.

The room was surprisingly clean and large for the price.

The location was so bad, a gentleman came running out to me while I was on the corner and told me to not be on the street by myself because I was likely to get taken advantage of. And this was during mid-day.

    place was clean

bad part of town, TV did not have a lot of channels, no nearby restaurants, and was located at a bad intersection. For the price not worth it the only place that was available now I know why.

+ Great value for money. + Quite friendly staff. + Very spacious and adequately furnished room. Comfortable enough and clean with daily housekeeping. + 2 miles from Downtown Houston. + Some basic shopping facilities nearby. Nearest restaurant about 1 mile away. Good value for money if you're okay with the location. Recommended.

I'd like to see: a) Slightly better toiletries i.e. it should be affordable to provide better shampoo, body wash etc. b) Perhaps a couple more lights in the room (?). c) The Metro extend itself to this area in 2015 (: as planned i.e. construction is underway :) and then it's going to be an even better location. To be fair, this has little to do with the Scott Inn which is doing a decent job on its own. Maybe they could arrange a shuttle for guests; then again, most other guests seemed to have cars of their own. d) The area develop more in terms of amenities. Again, this is a job for Houston's main street. You're best of if you have a car. Houston's a big city and Texas is a big state.

The motel was in an excellent location, right next to the I45 which allowed easy access to all of Houston. The rooms are great value for money, and very spacious.

We requested a taxi from the reception staff, which took a very long time to arrive even after it was chased, they need to get a new contractor.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large, recently updated and clean. Everything listed on their site was true. Pride of ownership was evident everywhere. We travel to Houston often and will use this location again.

Breakfast area is small and in the lobby.
