Staff are very responsive and helpful. I have stayed here several times over many years. Great north Scottsdale location. Near Kierland and 101.
Threadbare furniture, old carpet, old bathrooms. Needed maintenance to come change air filters in AC. Condo needs total renovation. Housekeeping can only go so far when furnishings are this old and worn!
Everything. the pool, activities for kids.
Loudness of air conditioner
Very clean. Had everything u could need. Excellent family pool and bbq frills
Air conditioner was loud when running. Adult pool not well lit/ couldnt hardly find hot tub timer
The best experience for my family loved every bit of it
The toilet lid would not stay up making it hard to urinate.
Great facility, room amenities, very clean.
Very noisy a/c. If had been staying longer, would have asked for another room.
Too many stairs
Nothing was enjoyable about this resort. I will not be staying here again. There was hair on the bed and pillows when we get into the room. Hair on the toilet and shower curtain rod was loose and upside down so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The fan for the AC unit was so loud none of us could sleep and kept waking up. It came to a point where we turned the AC up to 78 degrees so it wouldn't turn on. Terrible experience. Concierge was over powering and wouldn't stop with us on check in. We were in a rush at check in, which went fine, and then the concierge grabbed us and tried selling us stuff. We had a tee time that we were running late for and we told her that. She kept going and going about deals we can get if we sit through some seminar. Told her again we needed to go. She didn't even acknowledge it and said just one more thing. All we wanted was a place to stay not somewhere that wouldn't stop trying to "sell" us. We wen got a phone call on our room phone from them trying to sell us vacations and sit through seminars etc. never again.
The pool and activities. The size of the room for the price.
Friendly clean and quiet.
Didn't like that had to book 2 rm for my family when one rm would have been good....
Overcharged my bill over $700.00 on my credit card. Took a week to get the money back in my account. Very very disturbing. It was charged on my Visa. Should never had happened!
I stay here twice a year and enjoy my stay every time. The pool is big and has a splash pad for kids.
Pool, play ground area, staff activities Room size Location Grounds clean and pretty Very nice staff
Room needs some updates, always trying to sell the time share Tub dirty Ain't conditioner unit blower was very loud
View on to the golf course.
Noise from the planes taking off.
The front desk service was excellent.
Room cleanup during the stay was nonexistent. I did not remember from my prior stay if that was also the case.
Location Climate Amenities: children's playground, pool Staff: very friendly and helpful
Third floor room, stairs only Stairs were hard, sharp stone, not child friendly
Size of accomodations.
Noise level at the pool area
The living and dining areas were large enough to accommodate some friends who we met at the resort.
This resort is a favorite of ours. We have stayed there several times over the past five years. The condos are a good size and are clean and comfortable. We enjoy the pool areas. The staff this year were terrific. We were in a 3rd floor unit and when my sister broke her foot, the Resort team graciously have us a first floor unit AND moved all of our luggage and groceries. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The room was very clean and roomy. Concierge was very helpful. The adult pool area was great. Loved our stay.
So nice having a kitchen completely furnished. Very comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch.
The bedroom was way too hot at night. We would turn it down at night and then it would go right back up.
Pool was ice cold due to heat unit broken for over 2 weeks. Charge if $15 per day for wifi, however they don't make it optional since it includes use of pool & exercise room. Never had to pay for a use of a pool in a resort or hotel before. No elevators in any bldgs. Third floor room with bad knees is not easy.
loved the pool, workout facility was good
We had a room next to Bell road and could hear the traffic all night. Windows were very thin!
Everything except staff
We arrived tired and was given the right key to the wrong room. Had to call front desk ,sent my husband there to see if the cards were activated. Tried for the 2nd time and the cards were still not working. Called the front desk which took a while for them to answer in the first place. I told the lady michelle, I think is her name that it still was not working and told her that the room number she wrote on the paper was 235. She asked me in a demeaning tone if I was sure since she said that the room number she gave was 234. I told her she can come and read it for herself. Se then said she will send someone to take a look at it. The guy came , opened room 235 and said he will be back with the card Keys. He called Michelle himself and told her that she wrote the wrong room number. When my husband and I went in we saw food in the kitchen, medication bottles in the bathroom and I said looks like someone is using this room already and panicky took our luggage out and locked the door and called front desk again. That is when the guy came back and took us to correct room number 234. What a night after a long tiresome drive from la ! I guess that it is not about making mistakes because we all do make mistakes. The thing that upset us was there was I no apology from the front desk lady Michelle at all. She had an attitude that made me feel like she did not really care and that it was no big deal. The guy that helped us was the one who apologized for her mistake. I love the resort but the staff need to be more customer service oriented. Thank you for letting me vent out. i
new pool area, bbq area and game area
the suites could use some upgrading, the bathroom was very outdated, the carpets were all stained.
