    clean, price, service.

bed was slanted, view of roof top mechanical, too many people smoking at the pool.

For a stay it's nice. A little bit old, but it fonction. It has a nice pool, the staff is very kind and you have a Golfcourse. Classical ****hotel!

The Pool Bar offer food, but depending on frequentation of pool guests, they don't open the grill and ergo they have to take the food from the kitchen charging the service, like room service. I don't find that correct.

room was large and comfortable. pool was good with bar and plenty of sunbeds . Location was good. Restaurant was good for breakfast.

Hold on bank card for security. That was fair enough but when the bill was paid at end of stay the hotel staff did not know how to lift the hold which mean't a wait of 7 days to release funds.

They were very accommodating in transporting me were ever I wanted to go within 5 miles.

Breakfast was a little pricey and the resort fee that was added on each day, could of been a little less

Beautiful facility and grounds buffered from traffic. Hacienda style made us feel like we were in an upscale Mexican resort without the hassle of leaving the country! Excellent value despite the pretentious resort fee.

Food a little pricey but excellent quality. Resort fee condescending & annoying.Gives appearance of hidden fees like buying a used car - would rather the quoted room charge was a bit higher and guests who want those other amenities just charge them to their room.

Very friendly almost like being in Lancashire!

No need for a resort fee of $20 per day

Quiet and peaceful property on very attractive grounds - close to Scottsdale- large room on 3rd floor overlooking golf course and very nice pool area - also enjoyed the cruiser bikes and bike path right by - would stay again!

We knew there was a $20 resort fee but some people might object to that - we also paid $25 to upgrade to a king room

Excellent pool area with bar. Wonderful athletic facility. Beautiful property on the gold course. Close to everything. Yummy food. Have stayed here multiple times.

If I was staying a longer time, I would not like the $20/day facility charge.

    Nice room.

Far from the activities of the city. Only close to one spring training site.

Great location and facility. The grounds are beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful.

We wished that we had a usable refrigerator in the room, so we could keep water cold. The one there was locked.

    Nice grounds

I did not like that neither you nor the resort disclosed a $19 per day resort fee. The hotel did not offer that much to impose that fee. And we were not told about it until we checked in.

The beds and pillows were fantastic, we had the best sleep. The location was great and the staff is very helpful. I would say for the money, this is the best deal in Scottsdale.

The breakfast is great but a little expensive.

We needed a place to go to visit friends in Scottsdale and found this wonderful resort. Beautiful place with all kinds of facilities we didn't have the time to explore. Nice and quite at this time of the year (early december).

Staff Was Friendly, Breakfast Was Great. We Stayed In The CasItas Which Were Nice And Quiet And Had Its Own Pool With No Children Allowed.

The Room Was tiny! We Paid About 150 a Night Before Tax For a Room That Barely Had Space Between The Foot of The Bed And The Dresser. I've Stayed In Much Much Larger Rooms That I Felt Were Equally As Nice For About Half The Price At Hotels That Weren't "Resorts." I Felt Like We Were PAying For ThE Name More Than Anything Else. The Resort Itself Was Nice, But I Would've Preferred Staying Somewhere That Had Less "Amenities" And More Space. I Probably Would Have Still Booked The Room There Had I Known It Would Be So Small, I Just Wouldn't Have Had The Expectations I Went In With.

Exceptional value for the price of the room, Beautiful area, resort, and resorts grounds! Bed was so incredibly comfortable! The room was spacious! I would definitely stay a this resort again if in the area.

Self parking was a bit far from the hotel entrance and in the sun (110 degrees during our stay) while the closer valet parking (covered) garage had many open available parking spots.

All the things there are to do ,like the movies, the work out room, the pools, the trails ect.

The room air conditioning was terrible. It was exactly like having a swamp cooler. Which if that's the case then would be more comfortable at home and is reason I checked out instead of staying longer.
