Great design hotel - loved the bar area. Rooms were comfortable with everything you could need provided. Room allocation and pricing strategy - as in city most rooms have no views (or views over a parking lot) and supplement to move to same room type but 3 floors higher was over 100$ per night...Limited access to internet connection in business centre (cannot open attachments unless in PDF format etc) very inconvenient - again...another hotel that charges extra for internet access in hotel room |

Excellent service, funky decor, staying in Gaslamp Very noisy on pool side. Hotel fully booked so unable to switch to quieter room until third night. Our original room was extremely small (hard to move around) but the second room was a more reasonable size. |

The hotel facilities were beautiful--many textures and lovely decor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no information in our room regarding food and bar facilities, pool hours, etc. We might have taken better advantage if we had known food was served. Parking cost--$36 per day was a little steep, but the valet crew was very courteous and prompt. |

Modern, clean, upscale facilities I was injured in my room due to something about which I should have been warned. I received no apology, no one followed up to check on me, and I was shown no consideration for my pain and inconvenience. |

We enjoyed the warm welcome of the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was wonderful and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. We were very impressed and would stay there again. We have recommended it to family and friends already. |

The rooms are beautiful, although small All rooms overlooking the pool are so loud you can't hear yourself think! A group of us twenty-somethings went to San Diego for a weekend to party, and even WE were frustrated out of our minds. Even five stories up from the Vegas-like pool scene, you can hear every giggling conversation while the baseline vibrates the entire room until 2am. |

The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa experience was excellent. The directions given and recommendation for a beach to visit was perfect. The space was created with beautiful materials for a minimalist, yet comfortable experience. Our room was not ready when we arrived. It had not been cleaned, and so the concierge urged us to stay on the pool deck having drinks and appetizers. After a bowl of fruit and several beers, we were getting tired of being at the pool in street clothes surrounded by a birthday party full of drunk people in midday. |

si, me senti incomodo ya que la puerta del baño no cierra totalmente dejando un espacio abierto que le quita la intimidad necesaria que todo baño debe poseer. |

Le plus bel hôtel dans lequel j'ai été. Magnifique, service impeccable, chambre, confort parfait. Très bien situé au cœur de Dowtown San Diego, proche des retaurants, des magasins. Un super bar au 4 ème étage avec la piscine, et un super bar au rez-de chaussée. Un cocktail offert à l'arrivée, bref génial! |
