Very friendly and helpful staff. When I made initial reservations I asked for a first floor room as my wife has COPD and can't walk but short distances. I was told there were no first floor rooms available. So I was given a room that was next to the elevator on the 4th floor. Upon check-in,, to my surprise, my room was on the first floor. My thanks and appreciation to the staff that took an extra step to accommodate me and my wife.

location. Hotel was clean. The toilet in the room was not set properly. The other guests in the hotel were very disorderly and noisy and security did not arrive until 3 a.m.

We stayed in one of the recently updated rooms. The bathroom was very nice indeed. The balcony faced the lagoon/bay and the view was lovely. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast included and served in the east building.

no bed bugs great parking good shower nice people at the desk lumpy beds, sleeper was unusable, limited coffee in room, no coffee in lobby, Would not stay here again under any circumstance needs major renovations for me to come back

The refrigerator in the room Air Conditioner leaked; no laundry bag left in closet area, screaming kids in hallway and rooms next door. I asked for the ocean view and got a view of a broken, rusty banister and the parking lot

I appreciated the price. The hall smelled as if the carpet needed cleaning and one of the rooms I booked smelled so badly; maintenance had to come in and clean the carpet that evening.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was pretty good and the price was great compared to other hotels. Also the rooms were very spacious. The only thing bad was that WE didnt plan to stay another night

The location is great...not too far from everything. The view overlooking the bay was nice & relaxing on our balcony. The family liked the pool. The beds were small & uncomfortable. The "game room" wasn't much. They only had 2 games.
