Very welcoming host...helpful lovely. Immediately felt like we were Home. Love the widows walk..enjoyed watching the sunset and seeing the ocean. The floors were the old plank style.
With all that said the mattresses have to be updated. Slept on springs. We had two beds to choose from and one was small and slanted. Very uncomfortable no sleep. There was some mold we had to keep the ac fan on because of my husbands allergies. Also the electrical really needs updating. If updates were made I would highly recommend.
easy to walk to the beach - beautiful sunrise and sunset with friendly locals and visitors alike - quaint Inn setting to enjoy
Reasonably priced, comfortable inn with an owner that was incredibly nice and accomodating.
Place was clean, the owner was engaging and very helpful, The place was just charming!
Having experienced other B&B's, this one made us feel like visiting relatives. The ambiance was so friendly and homey, that we felt so at ease it really added to the vacation.
Beds were not comfortable - old mattresses
warm welcome friendly staff close to town close to sea
nice innkeeper close to the beach quiet
small bedrooms tiny bathroom shower was very small and dark very limited breakfast options rooms were outdated
Great family environment. Staff very helpfull and concerned for confort and satisfaction
The house needs some work-up
The owner, great consumer. Service and friendly, the continental breakfast, location to beach and area attractions, convenient
location was excellent close to everything u would want to do
beds uncomfortable husband walks into room without knocking
The owner was very lovely and friendly and was very helpful with directing you to restaurants, things to do etc.
The room we had was very dated. The linens and towels were very old and used up. We had bees in our room everyday due to a nest that was in the door jam. The parking was limited and if you came back late from an evening out, it was hard to park. The house was old and I have no problem with that. But I do think that for the cost of the room, the owners should spend some money in the off season and update everything.
Great location, short walk to beach. Quaint, sea shore atmosphere. Nice staff, friendly.
Overpriced, as the facilities are old and not well maintained. Breakfast was sparse. Parking was limited. Room was very small with small shower stall in bathroom.
The kind and helpfull hostess who took much interest in our stay and helped a lot with any practical issue. She was also very nice with the kids.
- Location - very easy walk to main street shops and restaurants, beach, ferries, Kennedy compound, etc, - Casual, unrestrained, atsmosphere. - Room was very clean and dust free. - Host (Graisa) was very kind and helpful with local info.
- Rooms a little dated - Shower small, and towels/washcloths did not smell fresh.
Our Innkeeper was so welcoming and very genuine.
It was a awesome stay. The lady who own the place is a treasure. The emplacement beside the sea and at 5 minutes from main street is perfect. The building is looking and feeling great. I was own my own for leisure and it was agreable for me. If you still need to work or communicate with internet, the wifi signal is good. If you like plastic, silicon and bling this place is not for you. You must bring your soul in this place in order to find hapiness. I highly recommend this place. I couldn't thank my host enough for the stay.
My stay wasn't long enough !! :)
Location, owner, quietness, rooftop, breakfast
We liked the landlady, the ambiance, breakfast and our stay. Highly recommended.
The lady who runs the place is extremely nice and caring and helped us with everything from making bagels in the morning to choosing activities. She is such a sweetheart! I also love the decor of the place, very cosy with a lot of details. It's also just steps from the beach and minutes from Main Street Hyannis. Very convenient!
Staff was excellent, was a great location and stay for the money I spent.
Nearby there was a party which wasn't the fault of the Inn but still was unfortunate.
