Seaside Inn  

The beds were comfortable and you can walk to the Bay.

The parking is very limited and the curtains do not close completely and are covered in a sheer material. It is an old school motel style with rooms facing parking lot.

The Seaside Inn is a small, quaint motel in the Marina area. I was surprised to see how nice the accommodations were for the price I paid. Unlike most hotels, the parking is free if you can mange to get a spot.

The parking lot was small and filled quickly. Parking in the surrounding neighborhood was non existent.

People said on previous reviews about the comfy beds and I thought ... Yeh yeh ! But truly they are THE MOST CONFORTABLE BEDS WITH QUALITY LINEN. Everything was high quality even loo paper We walked to fishermans wharf and taxi back as uphill 12$ fare

The beds were wonderful! Extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was great-very accommodating.

We requested an early checkin due to our long haul flight arriving before 3pm, despite this request 2 months in advance the hosts weren't willing to accommodate. Rooms are not soundproof especially if on the ground floor you can hear everything on the 1st floor

Although the room was small, it was completely Renovated and everything was new and clean. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed ever!

The Seaside Inn is on a main highway so there was traffic noise but was easily rectified with earplugs.

Well equipped, very clean, recently remodeled, quality fixtures, very good value, excellent beds. Coffee was great. Very handy to waterfront. Sightseeing (hop on/hop off) buses stop one block from hotel.

Breakfast pastries were packaged. Not really a bed and breakfast.

Parking at the hotel is extremely limited and difficult to finding parking elsewhere.

Location is great (Lombard street = motel street) to visit San Francisco, lovely and good king size bed, clean room with all facilities, helpful service, good start of the day with a simple but good breakfast. Prive/quality is excellent.

The first night one has to get used to the noise of the cars passing by on the street (doors could be better isolated) and the neigbourhood at night isn't the safest of the city.

Everything in this hotel is brand new and spotless. Right between Marina and Pacific Heights and close to Russian Hill. Easy location to drive in and out of the city. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Staff was very kind and room were nice, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Hotel is well placed if you prefer not to be in downtown.

Exceptionally comfortable beds! My wife and I now refer to the Seaside Inn as "the place with the great beds." Room interior and upgraded fixtures feel like those of a high-end boutique hotel within the shell of an older motor inn. Free parking, close to public transport and walking distance to nearby attractions. Will stay again.

Thin walls, which I could see being an issue if noisy neighbors, but didn't cause any problems for us.

Problem for light sleeper as you can easily hear noise from the other room.

This was a amazing value! The room was very luxurious and newly rennovated. Tons of TV channels, super comfy and nice room, a close walk to the Bay and Fisherman's Wharf. We got there right at check-in so parking was no problem. Breakfast is simple danish pastries, but a Keurig coffee maker made for lots of hot drink choices. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Incredibly helpful staff (thanks Yogi!) and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Relaxed, no hassle, ideally situated to see and experience an amazing City. Much better than I could have hoped.

Comfortable beds, modern design, clean, ok breakfast (good orange juice, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and some muffins and cruassans) that you can take to your room, good internet conexion in the room and nice service.

No parking place for all guests, but they usually figure out a way to fit everyone in the tiny parking lot. Rooms close to the road might be a little bit loud during the night.
