We had a compact double but there was enough room for us and our luggage - modern room and great shower. Good air con too. Close enough to the main sites - could walk to these. Grab and go breakfast was a plus. And, so was the late checkout.

Parking can be a bit of a squeeze.

Compact room - we were 2 adults and 1 child - but still comfortable.

Lombard St is a nice street to walk in and to the bay. Luckily we could leave our car even though we arrived earlier. Room was well-equipped.

If you are planning to visit SF, don't sleep in SF. The places are so overpriced because of a rich population in the city, and you don't get what you deserve with these kind of prices. Staff wasn't that friendly. Policy "first come, first park" is not fair if you put "free parking" on booking.

The rooms were very nice. The owners did a beautiful job of remodeling. The female owner was very personable and accommodating.

The male owner wasn't as pleasant as he could have been, but only saw him once.

-Very comfortable beds and pillows -Great extras like microwave and mini fridge -Great location

-Need more towels in the room. 2 bath towels in a room that sleeps 4 is not enough -Very small room with few places to put things. -Breakfast could use coffee cream instead of just whitener.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was fruit and pastries but enough to get the day started. The owners were helpful giving us the location of restaurants we could walk to on Steiner Street the night we checked in. The bed was super comfy. Street noise doesn't bother us so we slept quite well. We recommended the place to my sister and father who also enjoyed their stay.

Parking is tricky. We have a handicap parking sticker as my husband has deep vein thrombosis. A car was there without a placard when we arrive and motorcycles were there when we returned one night. A bit frustrating but it was worked out quickly. The rooms are small and the luggage rack was broken in our room. A new one is needed as that was one of the ways we were able to access our clothing without putting the suitcases on our bed each night.

Very clean modern room. Loved stay here. 15 min walk to fishermans wharf and nearer to cable car to Union square. Great staff. Would stay again. Small car park. But motel full and we didn't have problem parking. Close to restaurants and shops.

In and out slow wifi. But not end of world.

Very friendly and efficient staff and management run this Inn. It is situated in the Mission District of San Francisco and has many restaurants and boutiques only a few blocks away. Lombard Street is also a good place to catch buses and Hop on-Hop off Tours. Really comfortable rooms and clean and quiet...what more could a vacationer want...and parking is available. Please tell your friends about the Seaside Inn...we did.

I enjoyed staying at Seaside Inn. It's a perfect place for a quick stay-cation. They also provide breakfast in the morning.

We were here during 4th of July weekend, the price was higher than what I would pay, but more reasonable than surrounding hotels.

New, clean and very comfortable rooms. Basic breakfast. Great location within walking distance to Fisherman´s Warf and Pacific Heights quarter with many restaurants and shops. Still expensive for an Inn but a good deal for San Francisco. Free parking!!

Located at a quite noisy street but inside the rooms it didn´t bother us. Ask for a room further in the back to be further away from the street.

location, easy access to bus line, comfortable beds, good night's sleep, mostly friendly staff (one didn't speak English, so he couldn't recommend an eatery, but he didn't say so, he just grumbled and I took it as there were none around), fresh fruit for breakfast

    breadkfast needs a bigger space,

Clean, freshly renovated and nicely furnished room, nice front desk service, appoximity to the Fisherman's Wharf. Breakfast in the front desk area not really big, and without place to sit...but one gets some coffee, fresh orange juice, croissants and muffins, actually OK to start the day.

Noisy street, keep windows closed (!) otherwise hard to fall asleep. At all the nice impressions about this hotel/motel, the price of 200$/night (including taxes) appears still not adequate.

We liked the location close to the Hop on Hop off bus. The room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful pointing out eating places nearby. The breakfast was plentiful with a great coffee machine.

Just the loud air conditioning unit, but this seems to be an issue every where we went.
