Timely shuttle service Helpful staff
clean, priced right, micro and fridge, restaurant next door was yummy, easy check in and out.
Pillows had no support, very old pillows,no coffee pot in room.
Parking lot inadequate
Bed was comfortable and cosy!
The microwave didn't work, but the staff were kind enough to cook my food with their microwave behind the front desk! Also, close to Airport, so planes woke me up early.
Coffee at 6:00AM and easy access.
Having to get a NEW wifi password everyday.
The people who work there were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. When they couldn't fix the a/c, they gave us another room.
A little scruffy on the outside so we were a little concerned. Our a/c didn't work but they sent someone up to try to fix it right away.
The price was cheap, which I appreciated, and it was next to a fantastic thai restaurant. Convenient location. Cheap shuttle to airport.
The hotel double charged my card and seemed a bit slow altogether. The boxsprings were covered in stains, the nightstands base was warped from water damage and the sheets/shams/pillowcases had visible stains from past visitors. The beds were old and could use replacing. The water would go from hot to cold in the shower and the staff never gave us the wifi password, which is stated to be free in other reviews.
we were getting on a cruise ship the next morning so we needed a clean small motel to stay the night. this was just fine for our need.
This property is clean but not elegant. The unit had a microwave, fridge, a/c, TV. The shuttle to/from the airport is available 24 hours/day.
There was no clock, no coffee maker in the units, no hair dryer, and limited parking. A continental breakfast of sorts was available in the lobby, but this consisted of coffee, a few fruits (apples, bananas) prepackaged sweet rolls. There was no seating area for eating this.
Spent 2 nights itching and not sleeping. They moved us but then would only give part of our money back. Will never, ever go there again and would advise people not to either...nothing go like.
It was close to where I needed to be, and was pretty cheap.
The office is behind a bullet proof pane of glass... instantly tells you that you don't belong here. The wifi does not work, I had to tether my phone to use the internet, causing overages. The parking lot is super tiny, and it is next to a busy street so it is noisy. Overall kind of sketchy place.
Our car was vandalized by someone with a key or similar instrument, leaving a very long scratch along the driver's side of the car. This is not the motel's fault, but it does colour our impression of our stay.
For the price this isn't a terrible place to stay. Mini fridge, clean and orderly. Nice lil microwave to heat or reheat leftovers. Comfy table with two chairs to relax at and eat or have coffee. The room was clean and orderly.
The mattress could be a lot firmer and better quality pillows or four instead of two flat pillows. Some of us need more support. Thankfully I didn't have to share them. Parking on site is very tough but next door just north of the facility you can find some extra parking if needed.
Bad neighborhood. Asked fit a third pillow for my five year old they would not give us one. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. My daughter got hives while in the room and we found a meth pipe. We reported the pipe to the office and were not offered a different room or partial return. We were approached by a man in the parking lot asking if we could make change for a hundred. The man above our room asked my fiance "what's up fool? " bad neighborhood, poor customer service. I understand they can't control who occupies the rooms sometimes but at least make sure they clean them nit just change the being and put out fresh towels and soap.
I had huge issues with this hotel. The bed broke. I'm assuming its because of the haphazard stand it's on. No one came (I called, they said they would send someone) until I and my two small children physically went to the office. The room was dirty, the rug tack strip by the bathroom door is protruding and stuck my foot, the lamp by the bed was broken. I emailed the manager and never received a response.
Very freandly personal and professional service!
The office did try to work with us.
We reserved a nonsmoking room and they said none were available. They also said the free airport pickup was about $5. At midnight we had no choice but to take the room. They didn't charge us the pickup fee, because we had to take a smoking room. Why, when I booked two months+ in advance wasn't a nonsmoking room available. We had reconfirmed that we would be there on the day before. The add should not reed FREE AIRPORT PICKUP, if they charge a fee.
This was the worst. We got less than what we paid for.
Office staff, location, bedding had burn holes and rips in them, no coffee pot, just bad.
Worst... That's not free transportation to airport.. It's not same written in the Internet....
They pick you up from the airport
Room cold have been a little cleaner
Value for the money. Nice staff.
The wifi. I still had to go to office and get the password.
It was cheap. The shuttle to hotel was only $5, plus tax one way. However there is a bus that runs to a stop out front for $2.50. Staff was friendly. A place to crash, if you bring eye cover and ear plugs.
While room advertised with fridge and microwave, not really included. Ice bucket had no liner bag and red mold on it. Noise constantly from planes and buses on street. Curtains did NOT block out light and had holes and tears. No directory in room, but 3 phone books and a pizza ad. I was concerned by the number of painted patches on walls and hair in tub drain, too.
The room obviously had been used previously by smokers and spray scent had been used to hide that. But I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I could smell the difference.
Not exactly a nice part of town
