Sea View Hotel  

Was not impressed by anything other than location.

Customer service was atrocious. I drop bag off with the doorman earlier during the day and it took over a half to retrieve it later that night while formally checking in. I noted it to the hotel Manager Sighn and I am not sure she recognized it as a services problem. At $ 400 a night its a problem for the level of customer service. Probably would never stay there again unless it is the only hotel available in the area at that time.

Sea View Hotel is a friendly hotel that exists in a pleasant but not inexpensive time warp. It is wonderfully located in a safe upscale area of Miami Beach.

The room was clean and newly renovated.

The lobby was dated, the elevators smelled like fish. Evertime I wanted to buy a water or soda the "gift shop" was closed. The closet in the room is very small. Room service starts at 7:30am, not good for a business travelor. The hotel was not full yet I was given a room right by the elevator so I could hear the "ding" evertime the door opened. The iron leaked and the ironing board cover was stained.

Location but hotel feels like a nursing home ( hallways, some rooms are not renovated)

I appreciated front desk service, the quietness everywhere, especially at the beach and at the pool. Rooms are spacious and confortable. They have plenty of space for bags and clothes. The food is good, it is the perfect place to go if you just want to relax.

In general I liked everything, but I believe they should update in technology, like for example more plugins for notebooks, may be internet choice in each TV set etc.

The location was very convenient for me.

I had have asked for a non-smoking room and when I check in they did not have one. They told me I could change to a no-smoking room the next day. As I had to go out very early, when I arrived at the hotel about 7PM, it was to late to change to another room and my room was not cleaned. The smell of cigar was very strong and also the pillow had a bad smell.

No me gusto que para usar las reposeras tanto de la piscina como de la playa haya que pagar mas de 25 dolares por cada una.

La relación precio/ubicación/calidad. Muy buenas habitaciones, bonitas instalaciones del resto del hotel (piscina, lobby, salones, atención de excelencia y buen servicio en general. Además, y uno de los motivos de la elección del hotel es la ubicación sobre la playa.

Considerando el nivel del hotel no debieran cobrar los us$18 diarios del parking; al menos debieran avisarlo antes.

La localizacion es excelente, casi enfrente del Bal Harbour Shops. Buen acceso a la playa y la vista al mar es excelente.

Todos los servicios se pagan por separado. Reposera en la pileta, reposera en la playa, etc.etc.

O quarto era confortável limpo e grande. Só o banheiro um pouco antigo, mas o hotel e bom no total geral. Recomendo.

Para nosotros el hotel sobre todo tiene una ubicacion exelente, es la zona que mas nos gusta, tranquila y equidistante de todos los centros de compras de Miami, hotel clasico, señorial, buena atencion, recomendable

Que los empleados de recepcion del hotel no hablan español, solo uno, de todas maneras nos entendimos a pesar de no hablar ingles

Nas ultimas vezes que estivemos em Miami ficamos hospedados no Sea View Hotel e sempre muito bom em tudo.

O preco achei que aumentou muito.

Que tiene salida a la playa y la ubicacion en bal harbour.

La atencion del personal del front desk es ineficiente. EL DESAYUNO ES PAUPERRIMO!!!!! NO CONCUERDA CON NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA DE OTROS ANIOS (NO TENGO ENIE). HA BAJADO FUERTEMENTE LA CALIDAD EN SUS SERVICIOS Y ATENCION AL PASAJERO.
