I was on holidays so I took as easy as possible I asked for a no smoking room and the 3rd floor smelled cigarette everyday. I asked for an electric iron(the one in the room doesn´t work) and somebody brought me another out of order, and nothing. |

The view of the beach and the ocean from our large windows was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were large, nicely furnished and very clean. The walk-in closet with ironing board and safe was really handy! There was twice-daily maid service, and the beds were comfy pillow-tops. The towels were thick and plentiful and the provided soap, shampoo, etc. were upscale. The only problem we had was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was inoperable. |

Great location - directly on the beach, close to shopping areas, quiet and elegant neighborhood; nice decoration; big room; very friendly staff. Good value for the price paid. Will go back anytime. We found the $ 10 charge for the use of chairs in the pool area and on the beach in front of the hotel somewhat high. In our case, we would use them for 1 - 1,5 hours and have to pay the full charge, which we felt was not worth it. We think that it would be nicer if they charged per hour or half day. |

Hotel is really outdated. There are extra charges everywhere. It starts with beach chairs and ends with marking up newspaper's prices, which by the way are usually complimentary at 5 star hotels. I will never stay there again. |

Room was good Asked to show id to use internet after being their one week by the guy that had just settled my bill as no longer with the hotel - some people sadly are unable to sue common sense - this spoiled my stay. |

Beautiful quiet hotel in nice neighbourhood, direct acces to the beach! Pitty there were renovation-works going on. When that is finished everything is perfect! |

Muy buena relación calidad precio, excelente playa y una ubicación equidistante de centros comerciales. Está en una zona residencial con mucho verde lo que da paz Me pareció caro el costo por noche del estacionamiento, que no deja de ser un lugar abierto. |

Muy buena la habitación, la vista, plancha, secador de pelo, heladera. Linda la playa y el sector pileta, además de incluir wifi en todo el hotel. Personal de habla ispana facilita el servicio. Los ruidos provenientes de la obra vecina y reparaciones propias del hotel, es temporario pero molesto. Los baños no tienen bidet. El desayuno continental es pobre. El costo de las sombrillas y reposeras, 10 U$ cada una por día. |

Останавливались в этом отеле с 5 июня 2009 по 09 июня 2009 отель внешне и внутренне очень хороший, номера отличные если не считать клопов в кроватях которые искусали нас за эти 4 дня. Завтрак в отеле просто сиротский, персонал ужасный наши чемоданы даже не отнесли в номер!!! Вообщем отель не из лучших да и до центра города далеко! Лучше выбирайте отель Лоес |

A exelente localizacao do hotel, em frente ao ball harbour.nao ha muitos atrativos a serem enaltecidos. O cafe da manha deveria ser melhorado, bem como o pessoal que controla o acesso .apesar disto o hotel e bom com esta execao citada. |

Las habitaciones con balcón son muy amplias, las camas son excelentes y la vista es fantástica . El acceso con los autos es muy fácil y rápido . El gimnasio se encuentra muy encerrado y aislado.:debería tener vista al mar. La acústica es muy mala, porque se escucha todo lo que pasa desde la habitación vecina.Las palomas y cuervos molestan mucho en el desayuno y la presentación de los alimentos en unn salón virtualmente vacío y sin vista alguna, resulta pobre |

Las habitaciones, la ubicación, la playa La atención de restaurante de sus empleados y de algunas personas de Concierge. Tampoco me gustó que recarguen USD 12 por usar el Gimnasio, debería estar incluido en el paquete. |
