This Old Orchard Beach hotel has direct beach access and has an indoor heated pool and daily continental breakfast. Old Orchard town center is half a mile away.

Separate condo with privacy not far from center of town near beach.
Very poorly managed as my reservation was not confirmed even through book.com. Manager notified me by phone so I showed up early and there was no staff to open the office for up to 2 hours. Showing up later the staff was very apologic and acknowledged the problem.
Refrigerator was filthy and did not work. We were switched to another room. We had to ask for dishes, pots, etc...Wi-fi does not work in room and we met many people outside trying to get service. Money should be spent to remodel?
Good size room, freindly staff. Nice Kitchenette with big refrigerator & coffee machine.
Our room was 30 feet from the train tracks. Woke up at 11:30, 1:30 & 4:30. It sounded like the train was coming through the room. The heat was on full blast, no way to control. Didn't appear the room had been updated in 40 years. No screen in the window. Neglected property.
there was no maid service, no elevator, no telephone, no clock and no staff after 6 pm. For people who have no cell phone...hope you don't have an emergency because there's no one around to help. I would not ever stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone, young or old.
Location in walking distance to the ocean. Balcony room decent view.
Cinder block construction of room which gave it a cold feel. Tacky furnishings.
Heated pool and location
Mattress was horribly worn out and the pots and pan (that was small and deformed) I couldn't cook anything in them. The only drinking glass we had was broken and left in the cabinet. All around we were not very happy with our stay.
Location was great---2 minute walk to beach, pier, and amusement park. Would recommend to anyone. Had a great time.
Front desk staff
Room decor (cinder block), furniture, next to railway line for cargo, bedding, sparseness of room.
location is central (walking distance) to amusements, food, beach; staff attentive; easy online booking; our room had private balcony w/ horizon view of ocean; LARGE living room, separate bedroom
bathroom dark and dungeonlike...no hair dryer as advertised; no TV, air conditioner or screens in bedroom; top blanket had MANY stains and was torn; sparse dishes in kitchen, also very dirty appliances; very dated overall
Good customer service. Ideal location. Fair price for a holiday weekend and so close to all tourist activities
We were asked to switch rooms which was fine but the bed we got literally sunk in the middle. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep. We checked and bed was clearly broken underneath
The location was with in walking distance to everything!!! Very friendly staff.
We had an end room #17 which was directly next to a parking lot so there were cars going in and out late into the night. The parking lot also had a dusk till dawn high intensity spot light which shone into the sliding glass door of our room. The curtain over the sliding door was flimsy and you could see into our room from outside at night. The bathroom shower curtain was very soap scum stained. The TV remote did not work well. The kitchen area was minimally stocked. The night freight trains just about shook the beds. The pool was not heated as they ran out of propane.
The location is the only thing this place has going for it.
The place was dirty ,the train going by every couple hours blowing its horn was just wonderful, old 1970 furniture was awful, and lets not forget the pillows that were as thick as a sheet of paper.
The heated pool was great. Had a grill we could use. Very close to center of rides and shops. The kitchenette was a perfect size!!
Rugs were very old and stained. Def needed replacement. .
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was very close to the pier, shops, beach and an easy walk to the miniature golf activity. It was nice (and rare) to have a full size refrigerator in the kitchenette and the Keurig brewer was a nice modern convenience also.It had good water pressure and adequate hot water in the shower, plenty of towels and the bathroom was very clean.
The kitchenette we had only had one small pot for cooking and only dinnerware & flatware. It could have used a larger pot and frypan as well as knives, larger spoons, spatula and cooking essentials as well. We didn't cook but it would be nice to have been able to. The room also did not have an alarm clock or phone. It was also a bit noisy (due to other guests).
It was close to the beach, amusements, shops, and restaurants.
The motel is old and needs refurbishing. It also backs up to railroad tracks. The room was depressing looking and not very clean. The ice machine was also not working. Glad we were only there for one night!
the cute monotone speech of the Bulgarian girl at the desk when I checked in , and the fact that it is next to Georges Parking lot . and a short walk to the Action of Old Orchard Beach .
The beds were not made while we were there, and the bed actually fell apart while we were doing the horizontal bop ! No biggy thought , as there was another bed . The mattresses are shot , worn out , and in need of replacement . It's time to spend some money , as I would surely not stay with you again if the mattreesses are not replaced .
A real heated pool, no doubt that this pool was heated, I enjoyed the warmth of the pool
the early check out time
The location and the people.
Ice machine was broken, but everything else was just fine.
The location was good. Close to the beach and downtown.
The room we were expecting based on photos we saw online was not the room we got. It was rather disappointing for the money that was spent to reserve it. Very dark room, not well lit at all, dirty carpet, window had to be locked using a stick.
Honesly I got ripped The price we paid for what we got is a joke so it is tuff to say we liked something
The motel on on front of the rail road and there is a train early and late at night Plus they took pictures of everything they have Nice in their rooms and regrouped them to make people beleive it is One room And Aaron the mngr admit it
Being close to beach and pool. As this was all 5 kids 1st time to ocean we made the best of it for kids
I was honest about 5 small children and one that was terminally ill. I think I should have been told there was no phone in room and that we were on railroad track. Closets weren't on track.no light in kitchen. No hooks in bathroom to hang things. Was told we could get pillows and when we got there there was no extra pillows for kids.
Close to downtown and pier.
They don't have enough parking spaces for all room's. We had to wait in our car in the street for over 1/2 hr for a spot to be available. When we told the night manager this, she didn't know what to do as there were cars illegally parked in the lot. Their advertisement specifically says ample parking and I wasn't the only tenant this weekend that had trouble finding a spot to park.
Walk to the beach! Nice pool! Right in town, where all the activities are, but just far enough away so not a lot of noise or traffic. The owner is a new owner, young, and very keen to make your stay a great experience, and will accommodate any of your wishes!
The convience. The pier was in walking distance.
Too much money. Our room faced train tracks and a train went by at 0230, 0530 and 0830! Did not sleep well at all! Beds were too small as well
firt of all,i ask on line a room and i receive another one,the pool is to far from the room, impossible to call the front desk,no phone in the room, the room is not clean.the room look very old and not nice.i pay 60.00 dollars more than the others hotel around...i am really not happy ....sea breeze is bad experience for my family and me
