This Inn is conveniently located about 1 mile from the center of town, in a quiet area across from a small cove. Nice porch to sit and read or have a bite to eat.

Our bedroom did not have a bathroom inside the room. It was private, for our use only, but was located down the hall. Not very convenient.

We were traveling with ten and eight old boys. In the morning after breakfast the owner spent time with them explaining the koi pond fish. They really enjoyed this and so did we.

The breakfast selection for a B&B was special each morning. The china, coffee selections and drinks started each day with a variety of tasty meal options. The view to the ocean from the deck & porch was inviting when sun or mist rolled in from the water.

    Great breakfasts!

Didn't like having 'private' bathroom separate from bedroom.

The innkeepers are terrific -- very thoughtful and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious, and the house is a treat. Walks on the rocky beaches are delightful.

The location and views of the ocean were beautiful, especially while sitting on their deck! The rooms were clean and just lovely. The breakfast was fresh, excellent with good choices. The Seafarer offers high quality foods, soaps, bath towels etc. It was a truly relaxing and private place to stay, within walking distance to Rockport town. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast was weak. Bedroom curtains didnot allow for privacy. Windows were at eye level from outside. Everyone can look in directly.

the room was very nice and comfortable. very homey. loved the view from the windows. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Because the room was on the first floor right next to the front door it was a little noisy from people coming back at night.

We liked the quiet comfy room with a view. Breakfasts were phenomenal. Great walking town.

We got the last room with its private bath down the hall.

Great place. Great value. I stayed in the Inn during a business trip to Boston. It was a very convenient alternative to staying in the city - in an absolutely stunning setting and a comfortable, welcoming place. Exceptional in every way!

Chris and Beth were so caring and hospitable. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, our children thought we were staying at a good friend's house! This was really one of the nicest inns we have ever stayed in… truly a home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

We wouldn't change a single thing. It was perfect!!!

Chris and Beth Roenker were wonderful hosts. They gave us great advice on where to eat, and places to visit. They were very friendly and yet gave us our privacy. When we arrived their nephew Dan carried our bags up to our room. The views from our room were amazing! We looked right out at the ocean and below us was the Koi pond. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. We would certainly go back!

    Not a thing!

The views were lovely. The house and common areas were clean and welcoming & full of charming little details. The room was spacious with a convenient kitchenette & little bistro table. This may become my little "home by the sea." Honestly I sometimes find B&B's a bit awkward, but Chris & Beth were lovely & welcoming without being hovery or intrusive. Perfect.

I loved the Seafear Inn and would most certainly recommend it to others. Chris and Beth, who own it, are so helpful. The breakfast was yummy. Not only is the location perfect, the real treat is a fireplace in nearly every bedroom. There is also a fireplace in the main lobby.
