The manager adjusted the bill for the lousy room

I came early in the morning on the redeye and there was no room open. I was okay with that. But when I got back to the hotel after 8:30 that night, they gave me room 414. When I opened the door I found the room had not been cleaned, the bed was not changed land a bottle was in the middle of the room. Then they apologized but had no staff to clean it up. So they gave me room 201 which felt that it was underground. It was clean. The next morning when I went to shower, I found hair on the inside of the shower curtain. You obviously have a deficient incompetent maid service.

The room was very nice. I really liked the breakfast and the cookie at night. The woman at the desk was very helpful in pointing me in the direction of the places I needed to go.

There weren't very many tv channels that you get.

Our party of six wanted an Old New York experience. The historic BW Seaport Inn provided an excellent location, nice rooms, light breakfast and great value.

The hotel was the best location for our wedding venue. Close to shopping and restaurants. Located in a very unique part of New York City. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was exceptional. Wonderful experience and would stay again.

The hotel was very close to city transportation and parking. It was also neat and clean.

The hotel is as expected: metro near, south seaport very near, excellent balance between price and quality. Good continental breakfast. The room is quite good and big, the bed is very comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the decor. I definitely plan to stay here again. A definite bargain.

I loved the convenience of everything being right there. I really didn't have to go too far by foot. And if I wanted to go farther the cabs or the sightseeing buses were right on the main street which were a hop and a skip away. I loved that spot. We're already trying to plan another trip with that hotel.

The little kids running down the hall and running into the wall which was where my room was. My room was at the end of the hall. But that was the parents fault, not the hotels. And not enough smiles from the staff.

We liked the proximity to the seaport and the Brooklyn Bridge. We were surprised to find the seaside mall located across the street and so many small quaint restaurants so close to the hotel. The breakfast offered was well planned, and very enjoyable. Coffee was always availabel and hot. Parking in the closely located parking garage was very reasonable. Would return to this location.
