Great area of the city, comfortable facilities, beautiful rooms, luxurious surroundings, amazing rate for a holiday weekend, overall a wonderful hotel. Parking for hotel guests was $33 per day, which to me was too expensive.

The most understanding, friendly, and "bang-for-the-buck" hotel. I will be definitely coming back for future endeavors and stays. A plus-plus hotel!

The hotel is close to the airport and the train station. The business center was excellent and well equipped The attitude o thef reception staff was superior, technical and impatient, despite the proximity to the sea, the view from the hotel was Urban and sad. Hotel prices were very expensive. The pool was small, dirty and unpleasant.the atmosphere Health club was a railway station, the staff was unpleasant.

Evrything about the facility and staff were great The management should have had better control over the Hells Angels. Should have not let them wear coloros and intimidate. Did not feel comfortable at the lounge and left for a more relaxing atmoshere elsewhere.

The hotel was quite quiet - due to the holiday season and, I think it's proximity to the Boston Trade Centre. It must normally be used by conference. The staff were very helpful and friendly, room service was prompt and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the facilities such as the swimming pool were very good. I would recommend this hotel highly

The rooms were cheerful, simple and complete with everything I needed. I used map quest to locate it and it was clear and seeming simple. Once I was on the right street it was impossible to locate, the parking directions confusing. Everything was good once I actually got in the hotel but this lead in situation was like the 'last straw' after driving 5 1/2 hours. I wish you could make the windows open if only several inches. The arrpw on the key card should be more apparent.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Great location They tack on way too many service charges... $30 more in taxes and service charges... Plus parking is a ridiculous amount too.

The location was perfect for my business meeting - company was next door - I have stayed at Seaport before - On this trip I arrived early Sunday evening after an exhausting drive - check in was fast and efficient - room very comfortable - Monday meeting was at 8 am - so did not get to use many facilities - would definitely stay there again - when I first started doing business in Boston - Anthony's and Jimmie's were the only tenants in that area -

We are happy to have stayed at sbh during the November 4-6 weekend. It was, however, way too pricey for what it was. I was surprised that I had to ask if the hotel gave a discount on the Christmas Convention - if I had not, we would have paid the entire admission feel. LIttle add-ons like that make staying at sbh worth it and it leaves an impression on guests. I would really recommend providing your guests with some discounted passes to the aquarium, trolleys, and other events in the city.

No tipping policy suggests you pay your staff well. I like to know your stiff rates have a significant portion for the staff. My housekeeper, for Room 1625 earlier this week , was very attentive, helpful, friendly and smiled each time I saw her. Doorman and concierge were also very helpful. Fitness hours don't work with a busy conference schedule.

Asked for, and received, a quiet room. It was on the 10th floor with a lovely view of the harbour. Very convenient for the cruise terminal. WiFi didn't work properly. Download speed mostly limited to 1 to 2 kbs which meant that I couldn't access the web to do some work.

I really liked the conceriege service at the hotel, there was one guy that was increidible, I don't remember his name. Young black guy. The bed was very comfy, the restraunts around the hotel were amazing! Nice hotel for sure I didn't like that when I called to the front desk, they sometimes didn't answer the phone. I also didn't like that they closed the bar in the lobby so early, and that the bar was packed when they shut it down, and kicked everyone out.

Location, comfort, clean. Rather expansive for a weekend (300$/night). I would expect this kind of hotel targeting primarily weekdays business travelers to be cheaper during weekends as there are more vacancies.
