Nice big rooms - great coffee making facility - good location close to T-station.

Good location & acceptable rate wise. Nice spa area with swimming pool. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Would like to request to give full info of terms when check in : when arrived we have been requested to pay additional 50usd per day right away as a deposit for extra services we may use from the hotel for full time of our staying - this was unexpected request.

Although we had difficulties with our room the staff responded quickly and efficiently as well as reducing our bill for the inconvenience. The hotel itself was very relaxed and not too big compared with other Boston hotels so there was a nice cosy feeling about the place. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was lovely.

Unfortunately there was plumbing issues with our room meaning we were kept awake by workmen and someone else complaining very loudly at 1am. We also woke up to a sink of black water so we couldn't use the bathroom properly.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Room service food was delicious and reasonably priced. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. The view of the city and harbor was fantastic! The location was convenient...just outside the heart of the city, but there were many ways (complimentary shuttles, tourist trolleys, subway and taxis) to quickly get to the historic locations. I really have no complaints. In fact, of the 3 hotels I stayed with my family during our trip, we all agreed the Seaport Boston Hotel was our favorite!!

Staff was outstanding. Facility was spotless. Accomodations were a pleasant surprise.

It was clean, quiet, beautiful and convenient. It was our first stay at the Seaport. The view of the harbor was great. The location was good and we visited the new local restaurants. We also used the harbor walk nearby. Overall we were happy with the stay.

The bed should have been more comfortable.

Everyone on staff was very helpful in getting us around the Boston area. The staff booked our tour of the city for us. The room was fantastic. All of the amenities we were looking for were at the Seaport Boston Hotel. The hotel was close to great restaurants. It was easy to get into the main part of the city from the hotel. I would definitely stay at the hotel again when in Boston.

The most understanding, friendly, and "bang-for-the-buck" hotel. I will be definitely coming back for future endeavors and stays. A plus-plus hotel!

They tack on way too many service charges... $30 more in taxes and service charges... Plus parking is a ridiculous amount too.

It's nice hotel, I like rooms, comfortably , location and gym.

Location close (10 min.) to financial district and opposite the wtc. Great views over the South Harbour.

Room rates are pretty stiff.
