Transfer service was almost twice as expensive as we were told as though as the parking fee

I loved the location:)!! Super close to Waikiki beach and the bus line also the store:) The TV was very nice!

Filthy!!! No clean towels in our room no wash cloths and no toiletpaper:( The carpet had a huge stain on it and it smelled in the room bad,We had to clean the tub and sinks out and the showercurtain was gross!!! The bathroom rugs had to be put out on the deck because they smelled like urine:( And the bathtub backed up like 7 inches and wouldnt drain,So David the building manager took over for Carl the owner of our unit and fixed the tub for us!!!! Thank God for David:) We had to use beach towels for bathing he ( Carl) told us to go wash them downstairs???? What??? Not on my vacation!! The bed was awful ,the sheets were so silky they would not stay on the bed cuz the bed was completly wrapped in Plastic:(! Oh Gosh so sad:( We did make due trust me,super great location and we loved wakeing up to the sun! Also the sliding glass door took both of us to open and close it,It was not easy! Also I called him 3 times and also talked to his wife!! He did give us a little bit of money back on my visa but its not enough!!

Staff was helpful. Didn't need a front desk to check in.

The floor I was on smelled if cigarettes.

ベランダは鳩の糞だらけで汚く、カーテンは生地が薄く遮光出来ない ベッドリネン類は化学繊維で尚且つ不潔 清潔第一の方は、絶対に避けるべきホテルです。

It was a cheap place to stay compared to other hotels near Waikiki Beach.

I did not like the parking situation and the noise level of the neighbors.

キッチンにすぐ使えるものがそろっていた事。 冷蔵庫、オーブン、レンジ、食器類、調理器具全て揃ってました。 また、ビーチへも近いのでフィンやボディボードなども部屋にあった事。 ハンディシャワーがあった事。 シャンプーなどもついていたし、生理用品まで（笑）ありました。 ＴＶも、ＤＶＤもあったし、ソファベットもあったので３人くらいは寝れそうでした。 １人利用だったので、自適でした。

チェックインができずこまった、ビルに入る事すらできず、分らず不安いっぱいでした。 住民の方が助けてくれなかったら、他にホテルを探す所でした（汗） あらかじめ部屋番号や、部屋への入りかたを聞かなければならなかったみたいです。

Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Location was excellent and there were beach towels , chair and snorkel eqpt.

Some minor updating would make it more attractive.

Not paying attention to the excluded charges at booking, paid $75 fixed fee on top of a 13% tax for a 2 days stay.
