Everything. The pictures on the internet are nothing like the property
Good bed. Nice with bathtub. Enough hot water. Nice drivers. Close to Airport.
Had to go outside to Get to the service area. Had to Ask for drinking water. Broken lock on door. Painted, clearly very old bathtub. Room on second Floor with stairs. Felt unsafe with the outdoor entrance.
I only had to spend one night there.
Too numerious to count. Suggest you go somewhere else
Location next to the airport.
Tv did not work, nobody came to fix it although reception promised.. On the hotel site very noisy construction went on until late. Wi-Fi was on and off.
The location is extremely convenient and the shuttle runs constantly. Just come down 20 minutes before you want to be at the airport.
It's definitely cheap for a reason. There are no frills. The outlets are poorly placed. The "kitchen" barely exists. The bed is fine. Great for a single night before or after a flight, but not much else.
Rooms are outdated but the location is great.
Old furniture. Sheets had holes in them.
Distance to the airport was great - 15 minutes by shuttle.
The room was creepy, the hotel run down. I have not seen any hotel in such a bad state. My husband was afraid that there might be bed bags. We hardly slept a wink. There was restaurants around for a relaxing dinner after a long day of traveling. We finally walked over to Park Plaza Hotel for a dinner. The breakfast was not included and again it would be a hustle to find a place for a quick bite to eat before an early flight out.
Dirty, unkept room
Location, cheap, clean sheets, near food & Shell petrol station also cheap daily parking rate....
Not disappointed given my expectations were not high for a $60 room....
Reasonable price and incredibly close - walking distance- from train and airport
Really basic and grubby room, damaged fittings wifi not working, lumpy bed. I was very tired and slept well but really only good as a one night crash pad for early flights
Fantastic location. You can walk to the airport even with a roller bag.
I have stayed here 4-5 times in the past alone but this time the room was very, very loud from anyone walking by and talking, car alarms, loud plumbing, and people walking upstairs. We weren't planning on leaving until 6am but ended up just getting up at 4:15 in the morning and leaving after being awaken repeatedly all night.
spiders in bath tub, rocking toilet, no trash can in bathroom, cigarette holes and stains in linen, poor lighting, construction mess, I set of stairs disabled, musty smell in room, broken tv, poor insulation between rooms...
Only the fact that it is .5 mile from seatac
The lamp and overhead light didn't work The blinds were broken. This window was right by the bed and I worried all night that someone might look in. Ugly, ugly room. The first thing I saw in reception was a sign saying refunds would not be issued after ten minute of renting a room. I can think of one reason people might do that and as a woman travelling alone it made me nervous.
Walking distance to airport and light train station to downtown.Ample space room.
Need facility renovation.
Close to airport
Old run down hotel
Location near SeaTac airport
The room was shabby and not clean, rust in the bathtub, dented furniture, dirty rugs. It was frightening. We booked a room near the airport so we could get a good night sleep before a long flight. However, the room was so bad we didn't sleep at all.
price, location, very helpful staff
no frills but adequate
The location was the very best thing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport for a 3:30a.m. check in was great.
The room was a little on the shabby side needing a fresh coat of paint, and there was a hole like maybe from a cigarette burn in the sheet, but we were there for a few hours of sleep so it was okay.
5mins shuttle to airport
No shampoo in room. No remote control. Indifferent night staff. Not helpful. Door didn't work correctly (had to really lean into it to get it to shut.) Sketchy atmosphere. Overpriced as a budget motel.
Free wifi Nice staff Airport shuttle Cheapest around and close to airport
Desperately needs an upgrade Chairs just sitting there but no desk No aesthetics (pictures on the wall etc) Lots of cracks in the walls and tub
One of the least expensive hotels next to Seatac airport
This is and and old a well worn motel that sorely needs refurbishing.
The room we got was spacious and contained a kitchen and living room. There was a separate bedroom, closet area and bathroom. The value we got for the price we paid was good. The location was good for our purposes.
The property was run down and in the process of much needed renovation. This wooden, two story, structure is not designed to be a first class property. However, the price reflected the condition of the property. They did not have notice of our booking. The person at the front desk took a copy of your confirmation.
The location is good, and the rates are very reasonable so close to the airport. In addition to coffee, we had a choice of muffins and orange juice. This is not normal for a motel, and we appreciated this.
The place needs new beds and a general upgrading. The ceiling was coming down in the bathroom, and the room smelt of humidity and old carpets.
Manager Van driver
Non working hair dryer. Safety in area. Noise from other guests. Open bathroom window which I closed. It was ground area behind hotel.
