No-frills value for money. Super close to the airport and regular shuttles.

Cleanliness housekeepers location price

Front desk clerk was impolite - (owner) place is old; writing on the room walls, curtains were missing hooks, carpet had peices sticking out, dresser/drawers were crooked.

The price, the location, and the fact that the shuttle ran to and from the airport at almost any time. The staff was very genial and eager to help.

I don't mind run-down when it's inexpensive, but it does make it harder to keep clean.

it was not made clear what i would be charged, ie tax was excuded,tokens were not accepted.No breakfast except a cup of coffee. The staff did their best, i think the management was resposible for hte state of the inn No kettle no tea cofee any dishes or utensils, no bath tap. generally the facilities were threadbare and grimey there was no blind on my window and the curtains were not secure. I stayed in many cheaper rooms on my trip and they were by far better. I had the impression that i was there as a solo traveller without transport and any conditions could be imposed

The small things that would only take a minute to do would be easy to keep up on. One lamp shade was missing. The curtains In.our room and other rooms observed needed. To be attached to the rod. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Carpet. Needs replaced. Key didn'T. Work. Originally. Why the third floor?? Stairs?? You get what u pay for

Location is awesome. Shuttle to airport was great too. Love that I could park and fly.

Room was funky dirty except for the bed (which was clean and comfortable)

The staff were so willing to accomodate my needs. As soon as I called to be picked up at the airport they immediately responded even though it was late at night. The hotel obviously was very tired at some point, locks have been changed and they provided great Wifi. It is obvious that the owners are trying to accommodate at a very reasonable price.

Bed is definitely getting old, but can't complain for the price I paid. The washroom was also very tired but very clean.

No pick up at the airport when we came back from vacation had to get the guy ramada inn to give us a ride back to sea tac inn they didn't answer the phone

It's very close to Seatac international airport and very handy to take a travel by air. The inn has a shuttle mini bus is in charge of picking you up and dropping you off. The price is cheaper.

The decoration of the room is too simply.

It needed updating

accurate information from staff about free shuttle, wireless, restaurants in area. This si a good hotel for acfeess to airport and budget. Facilities are basic but clean and functional.

The overall experience we had was horrible. The staff was very rude to us with each interaction. We left our car while on vacation for a week, and upon our arrival we were told that our keys had been misplaced and we didn't leave any vehicle with them. After showing them all of our paperwork, they were finally able to locate our keys. When we checked out in the morning, the battery in our pick up was dead. After trying to get a jump start, we called AAA for assistance and the front desk harrssed us about leaving and was extermely rude. The rooms are disguting and the bath tub was covered in stains and was very gross. The shuttle drivers double as housekeepers and don't wear any kind of uniform! The whole experience was awful. Lesson learned, we will never stay at the SeaTac Inn, and will warn all of our friends!!!

- Chairs were sticky - Bathroom door had coffee stains - Toilet was leaking - Shower floor was extremely dirty - Bathroom sink was stained - Wi-Fi was not working - Towels smelt really, really bad - 2 out of the 3 lamps were broken - The heater was extremely loud

the rooms are horrible and include nothing. there wasn't even shampoo or conditioner in the room. nothing is organized and the disclaimer at the front desk stating a guest may not check out after 10 minutes of checking in is off putting. next time we vacation, we will not stay there and warn our friends doing the same.
