Location to airport and timely shuttle!
Comfy bed. Meals available 24 hours. Walking distance of Seatac
Minor quibble: swimming pool changing area has no lockers and it's an odd shaped pool not suitable for a good workout !
Proximity to Seatac airport.
Paying extra for parking $30.00 plus Wi-Fi service on the top of $235.00 a night is highly overvalued stay for a family. This hotel chain definitely serves interests of business clientele rather than independent traveller.
Location and bar/food
The bed was horrible! Room 370 needs to be replaced! Seem down the middle and it sloped! It felt like 2 beds pushed together. Far from Marriott reputation!!! Sue
The staff from the shuttle drivers to check-in through to breakfast and checkout were outstanding and of the quality I expect at a Marriott. I was on an overnight connection with my young daughter. Quiet crisp rooms and excellent value!
everything was fine
lack of fridge and safety box
Bed old and lumpy
Went to relax by pool which we do periodically. There was a birthday pool party going on with screaming girls and large squirt guns. Then to top it off we had to clear pool area for wedding. They should notify guests if all this is going on so we could cancel and pick oyher location or change date
Room was on the small side for the money
We stayed at this hotel 3 times during a 3-week holiday and booked each time through booking.com. In every case, our request for two beds did not get through to the hotel and they had to juggle rooms for us each time. Worst, in this particular stay, booking.com said that our room rate included all kinds of amenities such as free breakfast, snacks, drinks, etc,. but the hotel did not receive this information either and said they had never seen this offer before. Booking.com should follow up and try to improve communications, but until then, beware.
Pool is amazing, beds are super comfy
Restaurant food not that great and quite pricey. Most of all, I hate having to pay for internet every day - if it's free in the lobby, why in the world do we get charged to use it in the room? We have to pay for parking as well, plus 3 different kinds of tax, so expensive rooms become outrageous when it's all added up. We spent over $900 in just two days! Also, my request for two beds never got sent to the hotel from booking.com. This happened three different times.
We were up graded to a hospitality suite...
It had a Murphy bed in it....different! We did not get in until midnight, so the suite was wasted on us...we had an early flight out the next morning!
This is an airport hotel. Why is there an extra charge for the shuttle service to the airport?
The beds are super comfy, the pool is amazing, and the staff were so nice. Perfect!
Only downside is the noise from the pool, but it's only open til 10 pm so not too bad.
Frequent airport shuttles, very quick ride to airport, Starbucks coffee in the coffee shop, really comfy beds
Our room was on 1st floor facing the pool and it was LOUD well into the night.
The room was nice and the facility was large. The atrium is a lovely environment in which to relax. The airport shuttle runs every fifteen minutes throughout the day, which is quite convenient. The room was clean and attractive, but not luxurious. The Marriott is close to a light rail station, so it has easy access to Seattle. Finally, you can print out your boarding tickets and check your email at the small business center.
My room wasn't ready when I checked in at 3:30, so I had to wait for around 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. The price for stamps at the gift shop was doubled. Is it necessary to make so much money on this small transaction? I live in Japan, where convenience stores sell stamps at their face value.
We learnt upon arrival that Our Booking which was booked thru Booking.com was Cancelled
Best for me - the evening meal I had in the hotel
I thought the parking should have been included in the price of the Hotel. The rates are kind of high to have to be paying for parking also.
Swimming pool was clean and big. The people who worked at the Starbucks inside hotel were really nice, helpful and friendly. Shuttle service to airport on time and comfortable to ride in.
4 dollar sodas at restaurant.
