Seattle Pacific Hotel  

It was located close to bars and restaurants.

The owner, the service, the room, the parking, the pet fees.

Upgraded free of charge because our room key did not work on the room we were assigned

Hotel costed more than what I booked for on booking.com!! Very angry about this. Room key did not work on room not enough parking at the hotel which costed 10$ us per night Very little hot water for showers

The room was clean. The furniture in good condition. The desk person was extremely helpful. When the tv did not work correctly she tried to get it corrected. She wasn't successful

The bed mattress was extremely hard. The tv did not work properly. I asked for a wake up call at 0645. But nobody called. Access to the hotel was difficult due to construction. Leaving the Hotel in the morning was extremely dangerous as a steady stream of traffic was going by with no break. It took me over 5 minutes just to get out of the parking lot.

Nice location, no 5 minutes walk from the Needle!

Humongous construction site all around the hotel (new tunnel?) apparently no service staff (front desk lady knocked at 5pm if we need a towel change) although we were in a non-smoking room, the stink from the neighboring (smoking) rooms traveled to our room. (tobacco and weed)

In the bathroom was hair in the shower and sink. The floor was dirty. The room was freezing and the bed was dirty. It had yellow spots and hair.

The staff were not really good on directions or particularly helpful. We needed kleenex in the room but were told it was locked up and the only person with a key was not there. Room not particularly clean, bathroom really needs a renovation - looked dirty even if it had been cleaned. The window was filthy and room was freezing cold until we found the heat and turned it on. Continental breakfast - there were old, hard bagels under the new ones. Better assortment would be appreciated. Coffee was cold before 9 A.M.

This was disgusting. Bathroom fan sounded like a prop plane ready to take off. Beds were uncomfortable and were not all that clean looking. Could not operate certain lights with TV on. It seems that there was only one set of plugs The hair dryer did not work and is a safety hazard There was no hot water and the shower would turn on and off by itself. Although the room door had an electronic and key card lock, we discovered that you could still open the door from the hallway even when we thought the door was locked. This .... we did not discover until the morning.

First thing I noticed- I opened curtain - window was broken and taped together with only "scotch tape" cold draft in the room. I was unable to shower Mon eve or Tue morning - boiler was out - I was told Tue morning (after we gave up & got dressed) it would be up in couple of hours - we had to be at hospital & checked out of room by then. Owner was not willing to even talk about any kind compastation - help or assistance for the inconvience! I had to fly home to Calif. Without showering for two days! The tv service what there was was horrible - my room connected to light switch when turned off tv went off - my friend couldn't get hers to work next door in her room - come to find out they unpluged it! There was excessive construction - I directly call front desk before booking these two rooms - nothing was said about that- very early & long hours at hospital and we were not able to rest when we had the time durning the day. Construction made it very difficult to get into parking lot - there was little to no signs from sreets, no directions and/or suggestions when leaving from front desk. Breakfest! What a joke!! (And we got there pretty early about 7am breakfest only goes 6 to 9am) mini bagles - 1 type of mini muffin - something like coffee with only dry creamer & I guess orange juice that was the only decent thing there. Staff was unknowledgeable and owner was totaly unaccommodating

The location is great.

To turn on the TV you had to stick your finger in a hole in the console. 2). The owner is a slumlord, improvements needed. 3) The Queen bed is really a double bed, not comfy! 4) Picture in the TV was grainey, not a HD tv. 5) Continental breakfast was disgusting. 6) Very noises with car traffic, a/c worked poorly. 7) You pay to park in a shady parking lot. 8) Pool was closed, elevator was slow. 9) My wake up call never came. 10) Free WIFI hardly ever worked!

Nothing...I do not recommend this hotel we unpacked our things and while we were there we were bit by fleas after we returned from our event 2hrs later we immediately alerted the front desk person what had happened and that we were leaving. The manager is so rude he will not refund our money, going through a horrible time trying to get our money refunded. Don't waste your time or money it is terrible they have animals there and it smells of wet dog that hasn't bathed for 15 yrs...

Availability during a busy weekend

I thought it was a bit overpriced for the quality of hotel. Had others been available, I would have looked to stay elsewhere.

I don't tend to stay in my room a lot on vacation, so location, price, cleanliness, safety are the basic factors in my selection of a hotel. The Seattle Pacific delivered on all those!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Dirty carpets, broken & outdated furniture.

In booking this hotel I felt on line info very in accurate, pictures were from years ago as place was not well kept . Location dicey and difficult as construction going on areound area. Also ammenities states parking and shuttle but not a real service. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for"... Not for me ever again.

Close to city

The guy in charge of the breakfast was the rudest hotel staff I have ever meet . will not be staying there again.

Did not like having the parking rate increased by $3.00/daywithout notification the room needed renovation, some areas were plastered but not repainted, the window did not close completely, air conditioner did not put out cold air, tub would not hold water to bath

Nothing it stank, as in smelled tried to cover up w- too much scent., the owner was rude to his staff & condescending to us The buildings pool was not in order & appeared to have been like that for some time already. The parking lot has all the upgrade $!has The building is faced but the reality is it was a dump that my 9&10 yr old could decern that on their own. My daughter wanted to sleep in the car. Old clean maintained is OK, old run dwn & dirty unacceptable, plus it cost $200 for a dump that shud have gone for $40. It's the worst Place I have every stayed and to add insult I paid sic $ on top if it. It's still a bone if contention. Non smoking room my butt!

Location was the only good thing about this hotel

Frozen apples for breakfast, rude owner, baby cot with no sheets or blankets, shower handle fell off when trying to shower, hugely overpriced and I believe I got charged more than what booking.com said but had realized too late. Overall not happy at all with this hotel.

Seattle pacific hotel is basic but still nice for a short stay in downtown

Reception staff very helpful and friendly -gave excellent advice on tours and good restaurants. Rooms very clean.

Decor is somewhat tired - dark walls in need of refreshing. Breakfast modest - bagels and coffee/orange juice. However, given the price and very central location it is unreasonable to complain.
