When we checked in , the sign said hot water will be on by 7pm. The hot water never came when we left 7:30am next day. We should be compensated for the poor service.

Not much after being to at check in that hot water was out and they offered nothing in the way of offset for this huge inconvenience. If city want full go convention, I would have left.

I enjoyed that the stay was quiet. I have never been to a hotel on the weekend that was quiet, i came prepared with earplugs and was pleasently surprised that I did not need them. The staff was also very helpful.

It's very silly but I found a tortilla chip by the frame of the bed...we did not eat chips while we were there.

Mall is across the street. Restaurants in walking distance.

The room had a disinfectant smell that was bothersome. The room was "spartan." It reminded me of a worn college dorm room.

Could hear neighboring guest through walls, no elevator to bring up baggage, halls old-school with lingering scents, and definitely too high of price for 2 star. Booking site says 5 min away from space-needle/downtown, which is true if you speed. Basically about $20 cab ride each way.

the beds were very comfortable and we were visiting U of W and so it was very convienent.

the hall carpet was grungy so it was not a great first impression when we walked to our rooms.

The price was right and so was the location. Free breakfast was way better than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Desk staff was friendly and helpful with directions. For a quick one night stay we could have done worse.

This place is well used! It's pretty worn out. No doubt it's seen it's fair share of wu excesses over the last 3 or 4 decades. Trash truck making it's early morning (2 A.M.) rounds to neighboring businesses was a rude way to get woken up. As expected, noisy partying in the hallway at midnight but that quieted down pretty fast.

Terrible location if you don't have a car! Spend a few extra dollars and stay downtown. There is nothing close to the hotel except for two restaurants and lots of fast food joints. The hotel was very expensive for the size and condition of the room. Staff were extremely mixed, some were friendly, others were rude. The breakfast was atrocious too - packet porridge, apples and one waffle maker.

Located close to everything, decent daily breakfast

Poor water drainage in the sink, toilet seat not designed for men, poor water power in shower, the maid didn't replace coffee and cups we used and had to go to the office for replacements and finally,our card keys kept demagnatizing therefore had to go to the office 4-5 times for that. Then finally the last time I went to the office for the card key, Shirley told me I can't keep putting the key next to my cell phone. Really? Doesn't everyone have a cell phone in there pocket? Sounded like this was an ongoing issue and to that I say, try a different system!

The location for shopping was excellent

The room smelled like urine, the rugs in the hall and room were disgusting, the smell in the room was worse with the air conditioning on. A guest spilled some syrup in the cafeteria area and for days the floor was sticky. If it weren't for the smell in the room, and the filthy carpets, the fact that it looked outdated would not be a problem. The staff were all trying to do their best and were helpful and friendly. We had to change our room and my daughter left her earphones in the room but no one found them. The location was great but I stayed at the silver cloud last year and it was much more presentable. I don't remember the price comparison

My car got keyed in the parking lot which is pretty anoying!

Very clean room, pretty good location. Liked that we had a fridge and a microwave in our room and the continental breakfast was the best I have ever had!

Our hot water took nearly 8 minutes to warm up...

It was very convient for my class at UW and for my family to tour Seattle while I was in class (bus stop was very close). The breakfast was nice, nothing spectacular, but nice. The staff was courteous.

We had hoped that the pool would have been open but it was not, this was disappointing to our kids.

Continental breakfast is included. It includes hard-boiled eggs. The motel is located right across the street from the Univerisity Village shopping center that includes a high-end Albertsons grocery store, liquor store, Staples Office, and dozens of mid and higher-end retail stores. Five day stay price over the internet was about $125 per night including taxes.

The carpet in the hallways is older and in poor condition and the hallways need to be painted, all making the interior of the building look run down. The indivual rooms are in better/average condition.

I want to acknowledge one of your employees named Sandy. She was wonderful, friendly, I would go back to this travelodge because of location and remembering her helpfulness.

Affordable clean room. Parking is free! Good location near University and not that far from downtown really. Madison Park Gardens is nearby and a great place to walk. Continental breakfast included is good. Rooms recently renovated

The hotel we stayed at offered free wifi but when asking the clerk at the front desk for the pass word to long on,(that it asked for) we were never giving it. So there for we were never able to use the computer to update family on events of our stay at the hospital. There should be an easier way to long on to the free wifi that is listed to be used.

Drunk guests shouting in the car park outside our room until 3am. Hotel staff did nothing to intervene. Breakfast was poor. Office smells of cigarette smoke. Poor security. Entrance to the hotel is by a broken door which stands open all night and is not monitored by security staff.
