Location is great. Rooms are ole. For the rest offers this hotel what you would expect from a Marriott
Concierge lounge has little variety to offer. General price level is quite high for what is offered
Not long enough; would like to stay there again and see more sights!!
Excellent view and location
Very friendly staff and very clean comfortable rooms
The staff were lovely and worked hard to make the stay as easy on us as possible after a difficult start.
It is unbelievable that there are no safes in the room. On the first night there were no safes available at the front desk either. We had to carry our possessions with us to dinner. I do not know what others did during their stay, because there were only 5-6 safes that would fit a computer. It is most inconvenient to bother the staff every time we needed to use the safe, which was several times each day. And many times we had to stand in a longish checkout line just to use the safe.
Breakfasts and pool
Wifi should be complimentary.. Breakfasts too at that price per night
The only thing I didn't like was the pool. Should have been cleaner.
Best place in town!
Proximity to Pike Market, restaurants, shopping and the water
Number of homeless and beggers
The room was spotless, up-to-date and well kept during our stay. The staff was friendly and competent. The location is right on the water, which was nice, and it's located next to a public stairs/elevator to the downtown area.
Easy access for internet
Not efficient managers in breakfast room. IE tables not used efficiently.
The bed are really comfy. It is two step away from Pier 66 where our cruise left from.
We had a problem with our aircon. They offered to change our room but then didn't do it. Then after chasing them up and they had changed it they said would move our luggage but when we got back much later there was no luggage so we had to chase them up again.
It was a very nice hotel, in a very nice location.
When we checked in, they offered to upgrade us to a different room that had a better view. They did not mention that it would also cost more, and I did not think to ask, but instead just assumed this was a free upgrade. We were also charged $3.50 for a bottle of water that we drank. C'mon, I'm paying you $300 per night and you can't give me a bottle of water???
The location was within walking distance of Pike Place Market and some excellent seafood restaurants on the waterfront.
No in-room safe. Problems with valet parking and bill.
Everything!!! The cold buffet was amazing. Fresh smoked salmon.
Location - near ferry we needed to take in the morning. And public access stairs to upper street with Pike Place Market. Concierge - helpful with dinner reservation.
Staff: Provided misinformation constantly. Requested 2 adjacent rooms - hotel was not full. They said the rooms were adjacent - and they were not. Did not bother to go back to change. Same floor. Called to ask about distance to Ferry pier and was told was 'across the street, bellman can help take your luggage in the morning'. Not true. Wrong Pier - though specifically stated Victoria Clipper. Had to take a taxi van. Room service: HORRID. Over an hour to get one piece of pie and a beverage in the evening. Called to cancel - and it showed up 10 min later. Charge for Wi-Fi - per device? Really?? Nothing open early in the morning. Coffee provided - pretty bad. Size of rooms: small for 2 beds.
ROOM SERVICE MENU LIMITED, HAD TO BEG TO GET KING BED-DIDN'T GET ROOM WITH VIEW AS REQUESTED, NOT ENOUGH SOAP/SHAMPOO IN ROOM
We really enjoyed our stay and were in walking distance to things we wanted to do while in Seattle. The staff was real friendly and willing to help and answer all questions we had. We will stay there again if we visit Seattle.
Everybody on staff was so friendly and the location was just right, near everything.
The fact you didn't have a senior discount, and yes, I think a meal should've been included.
Price of parking for guests
Great location, staff were excellent
Great location! Easy walk to where we wanted to go. Pleasant surroundings. Courteous helpful staff
No real dislikes.
