L'annexe où l'on a des chambres avec cuisine est encore plus près de la plage que l'hôtel même qui lui n'est pas bien loin non plus !

Nous avons du attendre que notre chambre soit prête jusque 18h00 (alors que le check-in est à 15h00 normalement)... Mais le temps passe vite à Santa Cruz, petite ville de bord de mer très sympa avec ses attractions

l'hotel est partagé en plusieurs bâtiments, nous étions dans celui qui est en rez de chaussée dans une impasse (mais pas si gênant que cela),

The room was excellent with a view to the beach as you walked out the sliding door. The property is well kept, bright and welcoming to look at. Having breakfast waffles in the breakfast room, whilst watching the sun rise over the beach was a fantastic start to each day.

For a good price, you have a King sized bed, great closet space, and a Rain forest shower head... the bathroom is just grand!

Well, when we got there, I guess the Comcast service was running up so the next day, the cable wasn't up to par... but we're on vacation enjoying the beach, who has time for the tele?

Good size room, nice and clean, great view, free parking.

The fact they did not charge our card when room was booked (few months ago), but we were unpleasantly surprised that we had to pay when we arrived and this information was not mentioned anywhere. We were on a 5-week road trip in the usa and it is difficult to plan your budget if you don't know what is paid and what is not. All other hotels charged the card on the date of the booking.

Room was clean. I would really recommend hooks on the bathroom door. Like five. It allows you to hang you towels/suits somewhere to dry.

Rooms are very stuffy. Bathrooms have to much street light. would like to see blinds on the bathroom window. Lack of blankets. A comforter instead of a blanket would be grand.

We sat out on our balcony until 10:30 PM watching the boardwalk lights, in the morning with our coffee. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Staff personalities excellent!

No hair dryer in room.

Laid back atmosphere! Breakfast was very tasty. Comfortable bed.

Nothing that we disliked. Our stay was great.

The Family room was great for a family of 4. Shower and beds were great. very comfortable.

Had to go to office for ice

When we walked in the room from the sliding patio door , we were in love. The colors to the upgrades were all perfect. All the touches were there of a fancy spa / hotel. The included breakfast was great too. Make your own waffles , cereals , baked goods and plenty of coffee and juices.

Location was perfect. Not far from beach. Also, we brought our dog along. Things were great.

Electricity in bathroom needs replacing. Outlets were very very loose. Hair dryer cord did not want to hold very well.

Good beds, clean comfotable room which had an ocean view. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh made by yourself waffles. There was also a Juice and coffee bar plus a large assortment of breads and cereal. Delicious!

HBO audio so bad couldn't watch, sound turned up very high and TV had buzzing sound. fan in bathroom incredibly obnoxious and too loud. Breakfast tasted just OK.

The check in staff was rather cold, but it was alright.

Location, location, location. I also liked that the hotel was small with less "traffic" rather than large with more cars, noise, etc. I liked that is was cozy and quaint. It was in walking distance to almost everything. We enjoyed the hotel and felt the staff was attentive to our needs.

Room was a bit small and the internet was a little slow...

The room and staff were charming and cheerful.

I liked how close it was to the boardwalk! The shower was pretty amazing as well not something I usually comment on but it was great.

Parking was tough if you get back too late but there is a lot next door they let you park in. Also the room was pretty cramped. It had great amenities it was just all packed into a tiny room.
