Very clean and smelled good. Good food, boat rentals and music across the street.
A continental breakfast in the hotel would have been nice. Riverfront room was of the parking lot!
I was there for my father's funeral, so I don't have much to report about fun or activities. Although I did like the beach bar.
The whole experience was wonderful. The place is quiet and very clean
Lots to do within walking distance.
View of the bay, great service and food.
Wished the Air-conditioner was quieter, apart from that it was great.
Staff was friendly. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.
No room service. Menu not up to date in room.
great view if you can get a bay / harbour facing room. Saturday night with the live band in the sand bar was a great night !
Personally wish the 'air-conditioners' could have a quieter/slower constant level ? (Minor point)
Even though we only stayed 1 night we will definitely be back!!!
The location was great. The face to face staff was great. I loved the convenience of the restaurant. Parking was ample.
The room was dark unless the curtain could be opened, but that wasn't always realistic due to privacy issues. One day our room only had a partial cleaning.
The condition of the room. The shower handle was falling off. The shower floor was slippery. The tile floor in the bathroom was moldy. The TV was ancient. The parking lot was in poor condition. My wife nearly fell on the broken ashalt while leaving our car. This hotel is not bad, but certainly should not be charging people $172/night!!!
Location and everything was available on site. we never had to leave the location. Nothing
I didn't like the fact that I requested a waterfront room and didn't get it. I didn't like the fact that I requested a early check-in and was told by the front desk girl check in was at 4pm. I didn't like the fact that your restaurant has horrible food, service, overpriced. I didn't like the fact that they could not put the Dolphin game on tv and said the TV's were spoken for. I had to walk back to my room to watch that game, all of the tvs had the patriot game on. I travel extensively throughout the United State's, this is the first hotel where there isn't any coffee offered in the morning. Will never return and will not recommend.
Big and spacious room. Corner room with several windows. Nice balcony.
It`s very clean and well looked after. A lot of facilities for adults live music and a nice setting
A bit isolated as there`s not that much in the surrounding area. The staff were helpful but could have been more focussed on their guests we waited a quite a while at reception before being seen too.
Great food selection and quality. Relaxing with drinks, enjoyable music by the water. What more could you want?
Didn't like the shower- nothing to hold on to and the shower head was too wide spread.
The young lady that checked us in was awesome, friendly and knowledgable. The atmosphere, food and drinks at the Sandbar were great.
The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and behind shower curtain. Dirty around door knob and jamb. There were cigarette butts and trash in the bushes, visable from the patio. I work at a five star, five diamond resort, so I am trained to notice issues with cleanliness.
Clean accommodation. Helpful staff.
It's not quite a beachfront as you would expect but take a kiyak out instead and see the dophins!
I would like everyone to know I would recommend both restaurants. The food and service was good. I would not have gone based on reviews I read but we checked in much later than planned and it was easy to eat at Capt. Hiram's. We ate at the Sand bar for lunch and the nicer restaurant at night. Make sure you get a room on the river. The views are wonderful .....especially the sunrise!!!
lovely area and live music in sandbar .waterbased activities good.accommodation pretty ,clean and quiet kept well.excellent all round experience.
Loved the entertainment area and restaurants close by that were apart of the hotel. Pool looked nice.
Front desk couldn't find new replacement batteries for our t.v. remote
Best hotel to stay at with great rooms and so many things to do just steps away.
Great location, lots of activities, nice balconies Centrally located
Bathroom vanity just at thigh level Not sure if this room was handicapped at one point but it's WAY to low
the atmosphere is great, good music and staff. Never have had a bad experience.
They should have some dinner selections available on the beach bar side, not just sandwiches and burgers.
Just about everything! Clean, staff was extremely friendly and receptive. Nice location with multiple restaurants close-by.
Pillows were a little high and stiff but did not detract from our experience.
could be cleaner and needs some remoldeling
