good location - staff was very helpful regarding area things to do and see. Good breakfast options each day.

a bit noisy with all the young kids running around after 7 pm till 10pm.

Being a light sleeper, the water feature outside my room (lovely as it was) kind of kept me awake. More blankets would have been nice.

This property was amazing! I stayed here for business and it was nice. I loved that the front desk had up to date movies I could rent, so after a long day of work I could unwind. Close to plenty of restaurants and super friendly staff. Sure I will stay again.

..liked the flexibility of the front staff at the reservations desk..willing to accept the fact that we had booked our dates incorrectly and still made it work for us and transferred our payment. Very appreciative of this.

The view of the red rock mountain from the street side rooms is terrific. The rooms are clean and the breakfast that is included is a great way to start the day. The concierge at the front desk can book your tours, tee times, and dinner reservations, and was very helpful.

The location is at South entrance to the town. However, the length of the main street is only a few miles. Nothing else to criticize.

the room was beautiful and huge. very comfortable. even though it was too warm to use it, i love the fireplace. i will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone i know who is going to Sedona.

the pool wasn't ready to use, but we understood it was getting prepped.

The room was very nice. The staff was brilliant and very prepared on all the possible activities around the hotel, especially Tod at the reception area, he has a vast knowledge of the area and is very eager to share if asked. The staff was very helpful providing us with all the necessary assistance when an unforeseen snow storm arrived.

The breakfast was just not very fresh just ok.

Room had a enough space. Room had a fireplace.

Breakfast was not good as we expect. Hot tub water was not enough hot. No balcony in our room.

I was quoted a total price from booking.com However the samll print on page two noted that tax was not included in the "final" price. I used this to make a decision between two hotels, one more conveniently located and which I have previously stayed. I thought you should know about this deceptive practice. The dining room was too small to accomodate the number of peopkle who wanted breakfast.
