Location just outside Sedona is nice...the view is good as well. Great to see a lot of families around.
A little expensive...but same case as other places in Sedona.
extremely loud housekeeping staff. shouted back and forth to one another both days.
I loved the staff. They were so giving and payed attention to your needs. Tod, the concierge, Luke, and Ram, the young men behind the main desk were always there if you needed them. I realize there were other people , however, these are the ones that I death with directly. The breakfast was excellent as was the cucumber water.
The fact that I was only there for a weekend!
The staff was very friendly and the concierge was extremely helpful with recommending tours, restaurants and hikes. The included breakfast had every breakfast option, even the pickiest kid could find something. They cooked everything in their kitchen. This saved us a ton of money. I would guess our room was either new or had been completely remodeled in the past 5 years. It had a double sink outside of the shower/toilet room so more then one person could get ready at once.
The internet seemed slow, but I was usually trying to use it from the balcony which was on the outer edge of the property.
This hotel has a good location, close to shopping and the uptown area. Our room was clean.
The bed was lumpy, pillows were overstuffed, may have been washed and were too fluffy. The air conditioner turned on and off all night and before turning off would make a loud vibrating noise.
coffee was good. food was good. parking was good. water is very soft.
the pool area is not very well light. could use a little more water pressure in the shower.
I liked that this hotel (the grounds and room)was super clean! The beds were super comfy and the rooms stylish. For as busy as the hotel was,it was quiet. The free breakfast was awesome with lots of variety . The staff were helpful and nice.
Beds were comfortable room was relaxing.
Employees working front desk recommended Nick 's restaurant, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend that restaurant to customers as it's what I remember most as a bad experience.
Wifi speed and breakfast
Very few eating places in walking distance
This hotel was beautiful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Pool facilities were great and they even had pool toys for kids. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again!
The wifi in the room was poor
The staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful; very well trained. The full-time concierge to give information on hiking trails, activities, and dining options was a real bonus. The rooms and property are well maintained and clean. The location is great - close to uptown without being in the middle of it, also close to all the hiking trails. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and nutritious, not just pastries. Overall, great value for the price.
For anyone sensitive to noise at night, ask for a room away from the main road 89A.
Room was quiet.
I was charged more than the Booking.com agreed on price. The hotel said there must have been some kind of mistake, Right!! The bed was hard and the pillows were cheapest foam type. I would never recommend this hotel.
Super friendly staff and overall an awesome property!
We were evacuated from Oak Creek because of the fire, we got a room here for the night. We had a comfortable stay for night. Very clean, very nice staff. Will definitely stay again.
Sedona was beautiful, and we had very good food, that was close to the resort.
Check in and check out time. Pool not opening until 8am. Room smelled like samon/fish and I felt like throwing up the whole time. Zero water pressure.
Staff we're welcoming.
The room only had 1 lamp. The rest of the lighting was recessed ceiling. I like, and am used to, bright lighting. The sheets were rough. The breakfast, including coffee, was mediocre.
Good location, room really big and comfortable with fireplace
The air conditioner was too loud.
A great place to stay on the west side of town. Amenities are close by and a short drive into town. Sedona is spectacular, and I highly recommend Sedona Real for comfortable accommodations.
Location and staff very good. Concierge was excellent!
Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
