Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped.
it's located at the outskirts of Sedona. Difficult to left turn toward town, expecially with traffic. No view.
Fridge made load noises. Awaken most of night!!! Hottub needed water treatment (a bit cloudy)
Loved the value, the comfort of the unit the upgraded and decorator touches are wonderful. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, friendly and obviously enjoyed their jobs !!! We will be back!!
The wood furniture is lovely but a bit beat up. Nothing a little touch up paint or stain wouldn't take care of. The jets in the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Maybe have someone inspect before hand.
All I have to it has a nice view
The 1970's style room and check out at 10am
An all around good experience. Would recommend to friends and family.
Everything was awsome... Will come back every year with the fam...
Check out time...
Location, beautiful surroundings and resort "campus", good views, relatively close to town centre, helpful staff
The rather long-winded time-sharing sell during check-in was ill timed and could have waited until next day when we weary travellers had settled in a bit. In-studio appliances a bit noisy (air conditioning, dishwasher).
Heated pool and spa
The views of the red rocks of Sedona are amazing from this property. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The staff was informative about local Hikes and restaurants which made our stay even better. The staff gave me a fruit basket and delivered gifts to our room which made my birthday special. Jacuzzis, grills, beautiful pools, and park are awesome. Really incredible at the prices they offer and I will definitely stay again:)
The place the was very nice and beautiful I have no complaints about the room or the surroundings.
I did not like the exchange of credit payments and them understanding what was to be paid. They (Sedona Summit) owes me a refund and it has not shown up on my card yet. They sure charged it right away but are taking their time in putting the money back in my account. I also requested a lower floor room and they said they would try to accommodate me then when I arrived they said there were no rooms on lower floors and I know for a fact that that there were. We wanted to be by our wedding party and the put us across the street from them. Anyway the customer service need improvement.
Self contained studio views and kitchen
Had to make up sofa bed for 3rd person and $12 pp resort fees
Convenience of shopping resturants and things do see and do. We had a great time. The beauty of the area is outstanding.
I think the bathroom shower needs a handrail. The floor was very slippery.
views, villa, silence.
The accommodations were updated.
I enjoyed every second of my stay i had the best relaxing time there.
The room was perfect for our group of 6. The suite had all the emenities, with the exception of access to free wifi. The view was great, woke up to hot air balloons floating by.
We slept on the sofa sleeper, not the most comfortable and could have been cleaned and set up with sheets, pillows and blankets. We had to search both adjoining rooms to find the bed linens. We were told we had to pay a $6 fee for wifi, really at a Diamond resort. The staff was helpful, could have been more in tune with our groups needs. Our group was staying for a short time and wanted to see as much of Sedona as possible, not hear the routine spiel of how wonderful other Diamond resorts are.The room was a little difficult to find in the dark, I know Sedona has a lights out ordinance, but could have used some kind of room identifier.
facilities.. gym.etc Kitchen. layout of the apt. Spacious.
Took five minutes to get hot water sometimes. Sinks were blocked and drained really slowly in the bathroom and kitchen. But the sinks were attended to within 24 hours after bringing it to the receptions attention.
Great view rooms were spacious.
Being called 5 times a day, was there for 3 days, about time share.
Good location for hikes in West Sedona. Centennial Trail & across the highway, views of Cathedral Rock are near and nice. Heartland Restaurant - good food, service and value. Altogether, very pleasant.
Consider what your time is worth. The time share presentations can take from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours for 2 people. Is a Pink Jeep tour worth that or would you rather pay for it?
Accommodations and staff have been excellent. Highly recommend staying at the Summit
Very quick response to our requests, proactive staff, great location, clean pools, very well equipped kitchen
The registration desk and consigliere's were great.
