Location availability Bugs in ceiling light fixtures rust on all metal fixtures burned out light bulbs light not plugged in outlet behind bed water leak on floor by sink area desk clerk lied: no towels available desk clerk lied: manager was away bkfst did not serve orange juice bkfst had cold, hard toast (no toaster to make own) at continental bkfst buffet limited choice of cereals (for kids only) eggs were fair turkey sausage was extremely greasy

Location was good. Didnt like sum if the staff, argumenative. Room was nit up to par. Rails sticking out the side of each bed, someone could get hurt. Roaches in room; dead and alive. Toilet had urine around the bk of it. No hot water in shower.

I didnt like that i had young people staying bext to my room and they were loud as hell until 3 am and olso walking around in the hotel young boys just making noises for no reason

Wij hebben al heel wat hotels aangedaan, maar dit was verreweg de slechtste. Het is een voormalig Ramada Hotel maar er is nu een nieuwe eigenaar. Die moet nog een hoop leren..... Ook slechte ontvangst van tv kanalen en een kapot koffiezetapparaat. Ze adverteren met een gratis ontbijt. Het zag er niet uit: opgedroogde havermout, oud brood en voor de Jus d'Orange moest worden betaald! Nooit meer!

I was promised non-smoking room. Someone had smoked in it. When I complained, I was told they would spray it. I said that I would be as allergic to the spray as the smoke. When I asked for another room, they said the only available non-smoking was a King (ours was a Queen) and there would be an additional charge. I said I was promised non-smoking and they hadn't provided one. He said it was -- and that there would be the additional charge. I said that even though I come every week during the academic year to Selma that I would never stay there again!!
