清潔が維持された部屋でした。キッチンも本当にフル装備で、鍋等だけでなくオーブンまでそろっていました。- 建物は古いですが快適に過ごせました。 シャワーのお湯がとにかくぬるく、１０月下旬にはすこしつらかったです。 |

Due to an error by the hotel, we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, what could be better than that!!! The bathroom in the additional room (with 2 queen beds) of the Presidential suite was smaller than a closet! None of the 3 bathrooms in that suite had a hair dryer. |

The location is great, 1 minute walk to the Hancock observatory and 2 minutes from Michigan Avenue. The breakfast is fairly good but with not a great choice, although is a very good value for the money. The small kitchen inside our room is great to cook and re-heat the leftovers. Safe area. Recommended. I didn't like to wait for the breakfast. The room is too small for so many people. Average waiting time 10 minutes, plus time to wait for the food. |

The excellent shopping surronding the seneca. The easy access to everything including the windella boat and Navy Pier. Would have prefered a suite a little bigger but for the price it was fine. |
