Very close to Disney, great price, on-site food & drinks, king sized bed & mini-fridge & micro in room.

No fitted sheet on the old mattress. I could have dealt with either an uncomfy mattress OR a sheet that wouldn't stay on the bed, but dealing with both was a nuisance.

The location was more than excellent. And the activites were awsome! The staff was very nice. And fast.

The beds were too hard. And not enough towels.

It was valu priced and the location for us is perfect as we love Old Town and Disney.....it has everything we need and want in a hotel....food pool lounge store :)

The hotel was located very close to my conference center in Celebration. It was close to restaurant and fast food places and it also had a mini mart and cafe on site. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities of home. I checked in early and was given a room right away. The whole stay was very pleasant and I will surely come here again when I come down to Orlando next year.

It was very spacious for our needs. The staff was very helpful and came to our room in a timely manner when we called about the ac.

It was a good hotel but it never answered the question about later check- out times. The room was warm even after we had the ac turned full blast for a few hours. The wait time in the lobby when we were checking in and out. The curtains had mold on them and need to be cleaned. According to the internet the hotel had cable television when we went to watch tv it was very fuzzy and kept going in and out.

Well, it was a kid friendly hotel.

It was low budget and I would have been pleased if it didn't cost as much as I paid because it wasn't worth the price. I think, because it was just prior to Easter the price went up. But, like I said it wasn't worth the price. The kids however had a wonderful time in the pool, and made lots of friends. The jacuzzi however was not well kept. I saw bottles and other trash near the benches and signs of people lurking around it. The small refridgerater was not real cold and I worried about food items I placed there. I was always only given 2 washcloths even though there were four of us (I didn't like asking for them). There were stains on the floor and mirror that didn't come off and made the room look dirty even after cleaning. The last thing was that my kids don't eat pork products and at breakfast there was not another alternative meat choice.

Its location, price, facility like providing the microwave, the king size bed! Plenty parking and no parking charges!

The bathrooms are very old - need to be upgraded. The drapes are torn in many places = need to be changed. The staff should refrain from disturbing the guests at odd hours of the night - they should contact the guest at the guest's convenience to resolve whatever issue that needs to be addressed.

Perfect for family to stay in the same room.

The lobby was nice and the location in distance from Disney was good.

It was not worth the money I spent.

Value of room and the location next to Old Town is fabulous. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Not that there was anything I did not like, however the beds were not quite as comfortable as I would have hoped for.

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Pool and Hot tub were really clean and well maintained. Our daughter loved swimming in the pool. We will definitely stay again next time in orlando area.

Some dirt on the floor of the bathroom. Not a big deal.

The location and the price

There is no coffee maker in room and you have to walk all the way to get drink.

After staying in a lesser quality room the first night of our 2-nite stay, the staff did move us into the poolside suite we had originally booked. This was a much more comforable room than our 1st night accommodations.

We made a 2 night reservation through Booking.com 3 weeks prior to date of trip, then followed up with a phone call the 1st day of reservation to confirm our poolside suite. Upon arrival, staff advised that Booking.com had overbooked the poolside suites and they did not have this room available for us the first night. We were put in another room which was of lesser quality and location, staff indicating they had no choice.
