prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima in dit hotel, zwembad ook prima. Verwachtingen moeten echter niet te hoog zijn. |

The Weather. The staff was not friendly. The room was dirty, spoiled milk in the fridge. The kids room was in disrepair and dangerous.The bath tub was dirty. |

The manager on shift was quite understanding when i decided to check out after only two hours! I did not like anything about this hotel! The reviews were very misleading from this website! This is not a 3 star hotel by any means at all! The rooms are substandard at best. The rooms are filthy and dirty/dingy/ the hallways are all filthy, i would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! |

kids enjoyed the swimming pool, Jacusi and restaurant. They have also appreciated the shuttle to Disney, very good idea and kids area in the room. Parents have had good stay there. Poor wireless system in the hotel |

I especially liked the 'Store" where I could get a good cup of coffee in the AM as well as a "killer" muffin and a chef's salad was dinner serveral times. |

Had a poolside room and the pool was great, really warm and there was a jacuzzi as well. And the kids loved the play area. Beware the guy at the entrance who can get you cheap Disney tickets. This involves going on a tour at a timeshare resort (which he isn´t very clear about). It takes about 2 hours and it´s worth doing if you´ve got plenty of time. And obviously you´d need to be able to say no to the people trying to sell you timeshares!Also, the shuttle from the hotel only runs in the morning and quite late. |

Hablaban en español, las personas que trabajan en el hotel muy amables y serviciales,limpiaban la habitacion a diario,buen precio. |

Desde o atendimento na recpcao, as camareiras e o pessoal do gourmet são atenciosos e sempre bem humorados. Não tivemos problemas de idioma mesmo porque os profissionais do hotel tentavam de toda a forma nos ajudar. Ao fazer nosso check out demos falta de uma sandália e um ténis o qual o próprio Hotel ficou de nos posicionar sobre o assunto asim que tiver uma resposta. Estamos no aguardo. |

Localização. O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo dos locais, como Disney e da Universal e de fácil chegada. Estes são os diferenciais a nosso ver, é a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel. |

Quoi que nous y sommes resté que une nuit tout a été parfait la chambre était propre, les lit comfortable et relaxant le déjeuner abordable et excelent. Je le recomande. |

En Enero de 2009 es mi tercera vez que me hospedo en el Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East y lo que más me gusta de este Hotel es su ubicación, su seguridad y sus areas de recreación como son la piscina, el jacuzzi termal, el gimnacio y la cancha de tennis y algo muy importante para aquellas personas que tengan perros, son aceptados en el hotel y tienen hasta su area para defecar. Los colchones y las almohadas estan en muy mal estado, las fundas y sabanas de la primera noche sucias y mal olientas si invierten un poco en cambiar los colchones, almohadas y más atención en cuanto a la pulcritud de las sabanas y fundas seria excelente la estadia e incluso podrian incrementar un poco el precio de la habitación. Eliminaron las cajas de seguridad de la habitación y se necesita. |

la atencion de su personal y la piscina Las habitaciones no pueden tener luz natural, por el tamaño de sus ventanas, si abres las cortinas te ve todo el que pasa por las zonas comunes, por ese mismo motivo no puede abrirse la ventana y no hay ventilación. El aspecto del area habitaciones es prefabricado y con necesidad de remodelación |
