인터넷을 무료로 사용할 수 있었고, 아침에는 모닝 커피와 오후에는 와인한잔씩을 서비스해 준것... 친절한 직원들과 무엇보다, PonZu 식당의 다양한 음식과 맛이 최고였다. 특히 갈비요리는 한국의 맛과 거의 같았고 그위에 김치까지 얹어 내오는 센스도 대 만족이었음. |

The restaurant in the hotel was convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful. Loved the happy hour with free wine. They did have a mistake on my bill, but took care of it promptly and courteously. |

The hotel was charming, the decor elegant and refined and our room very spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff were superb - nothing was too much trouble when it came to offering help with transport, local attractions etc. The location was marvellous for getting around San Francisco - close to Union Square and all public transport including the quaint trams, but quiet. We enjoyed one of the wine tasting evenings and mixing with other guests in the lobby of the Hotel. We were impressed with the welcome for "doggie guests" - although ours was home in New Zealand! |

This was a wonderful getaway for me and my husband. Very relaxing and romatic. The whole experience was terriffic. The staff also got us great dinner reservations. I would not stay anywhere else in Monterrey!! |

Very friendly staff, loved the doormen, location, cleanliness of the room, nice linens and towels, aveda products, room is nicely renovated and doesn't feel old and musty. I thought the bed could be a little more comfortable. I thought the mattress was a little too hard. I understand that mattress comfort is hard to accommodate since every person is different. Thank you! |

The room was exactly as promised. Aveda products in the bathroom. Enjoyed the free wine bar at happy hour in the lobby - and the tarot card reading was fun. Very helpful staff. Within easy walking distance to a scary part of town. |

Familiar atmosphere the dog part! I was awake 3 to 4 times at 4 in the morning with dog barking. I really did not appreciate that aspect of my stay at the Serrano Hotel. |

The bed was one of the most comfortable ever. It was nice and quaint, and the architecture was classic. The room was a bit small for the price, and the website shows the lobby for its sister hotel, the Monaco, while giving the impression it is the Serrano. The Monaco has a larger lobby that is more luxurious and elaborate. |

Room clean and very confortable, quite and with amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. The position is very close to Union Square but also very close to Tenderloin that is an area to be avoid at all. |

The room was nicely laid out.Being a corner room, it was a nice having a window on two walls. The front desk was very considerate and helpful.The complimentary bath soap (bar) was the nicest I've ever had!The lobby is beautiful. The bathroom counter space around the sink was crazy small. |

We were quite surprised when we walked through the doors into the grand lobby, we arrived early but they had no problem with getting us a room after the long flight. The room was very nice and the bed and pillows were heaven! The staff was always very friendly and helpful in directions and suggestions for restaurants. This lovely hotel is located in Union Square near shopping and the trolley car on Powell St which made it very easy for shopping and getting to Fisherman's Wharf. They had a happy hour with wine tasting for the adults and Wii and other board games for the children. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely would return and recommend this hotel to others. |

Close to all things Union Square, San Francisco. Great coffee in morning and nice wine in evening. Bathrooms are very small and there was a vent over the entrance door that sounded like a water boiler - noisy - ear plugs did not help. |
