The staff and services provided were perfect. They actually setup umbrellas and chairs at the beach.. They bring you walkie-talkies to order lunch, they serve you chilled towels at the beach, they bring M&Ms and blueberries... The breakfast was very nice.. The room was very nice and chis, albeit a bit smaller but not too small.. I could not sleep well because of the air conditioning going on and off... It was loud and it was really hard for me to sleep... See the benefits above and decide for yourselves whether it is worth a good nights sleep.. I honestly would go again... |

The service at this hotel is amazing. I've stayed at five star hotels around the world but this was exceptional. Our room was on the first floor and early morning water running from the room above woke us up. |

The surf valet! The staff in general, were all super friendly and helpful...no snarkiness to be found. The complimentary tapas and euro breakfast bar were nice touches. Minor design details....the chain link "door" needs to be the kind that moves to the side. It was difficult to access the closet while holding the chains off to the side. The mirror could be a little larger since it's wall mounted anyway. And a sand off shower outside near the alley would be perfect. |

the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly& the location was central & nice design of hotel the rooms are like pretty boxes, windows opened to a wall, no privacy, i've stayed in laguna before and this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. |

The staff was ridiculously attentive and friendly. At first, the size of the room wasn't impressive, but everything was there and it was 1st class. |

Assez bien placé; mais deux chambres seulement ont une vue sur la mer (à condition d'être assez grand pour voir par dessus la rangée de maison qui sépare l'hôtel de la mer). Beaucoup trop de bruit; l'hôtel est une véritable "boite de nuit" avec musique, bar et invités extérieurs à l'hôtel qui font, le soir, une "party" juste devant les chambres ! Incroyable mais vrai. Il a fallu se fâcher pour obtenir de pouvoir dormir... |
